I don't want to review this because then others would know the secret to so many of my recipes, but this roasted mayo by Buldak is AMAZING! Rich. Creamy. Hint of spice. Hint of nutty. It's a killer knock-out combo that leaves you wanting more! Use it on pastas, your buldak ramen, tomato based foods, chicken.. the possibilities are endless.

Delicious. It adds great flavor with the right amount of spice without needing a whole lot. It goes well with pretty much everything.

Tastes great on burgers! The only drawback is it's high price by volume.

Saw this Buldak mayo on a Korean blog I follow and wanted to try it. I was not disappointed--it's delicious. Slightly sweet and with a little bit of spice. The price is really high and that's the only reason I rated it 4 stars.

I bought this as a birthday present to myself after bts Jungkook used it in a dish he prepared online. It tastes so good! I used it today on "lettuce wraps" - heated leftover Korean rice and beef, wrapped in a romaine lettuce leaf with a bit of this mayo on the inside. SCRUMPTIOUS!!! A bit spicy, tangy, and mildly sweet but not too of any of those. Try it!

Only advice I can give is to let you all know that it gets spicier the longer it is open. So it is much more mild the first time you use it than the 4th a few weeks later. I also recommend using it with grilled cheese. Yum! All that said, I will defiantly buy again!
