The color options for the razor handles are a nice touch, but what really matters to me is a smooth and comfortable shave without any nicks or cuts. I recently tried Harry’s razors and was pleasantly surprised. The razor blades are super sharp and don’t clog up easily, even with my thick facial hair. They’re also easy to clean after each use and one razor blade can last me between an average of 5 to 7 shaves, depending on how quickly my facial hair grows. I’m impressed with the quality of the razors and the sturdy handles and the best part is they are reasonably priced when you buy the replacements. I was using Gillette razors for ages, but lately they’ve been giving me trouble. They’re clogging up, not cleaning properly, and leaving me with cuts and razor burns. The sharpness of their razors have diminished, resulting in excessive tugging on my facial hair during shaving. I’m glad I made the switch to Harry’s razors (I did my research prior to purchasing and read some reviews first). They’ve definitely made a difference in my shaving experience. I highly recommend these razors! The handle is super sturdy, the blades are top-notch, and they’re pretty affordable too. I even got a second handle in green, so now I have one orange and one green. I keep the extra razor on hand for when I travel.

I get these offers included in shipments from various mail-order products, and for $3 I get the "Harry's" starter kit. I was always intrigued because I've wanted a razor that would just change blades. What -- a billion plastic throw-away razors enter the land fill or oceans a year??? . . . . . But I did not want to take the 3-buck offer. I use Amazon, and rarely purchase anything else on line. I was searching for "safety razor" blades because I have my dad's old safety razor -- but then I found Harry's -- I purchased the 'starter-kit' . . . . . It's a razor. It is smooth and shaves nicely -- and feels good in the hand. The spaces between blades are open and unhindered, so back-flushing gets all the debris out earily. . . . . . Retired and living the Jimmy Buffett life, I only shave about twice a week. So far, I've had approximately 30 shaves on the FIRST blade, and today's shave was nearly as good as the first one! I have four blades left so I'm figuring I'll get nearly a year before I have to purchase more blades. To me, that's a good value. . . . . . My only quip is the blade cuts the hair in such a way that -- for some odd reason or other -- my beard grows back faster than with the Gillette throw-away razors. The hairs also seem to be more prone to becoming ingrown -- which is a problem for my curly, kinky hair. But I could be imagining things. . . . . . Overall I'm very happy with the purchase -- you should find a razor you can stick with and stop throwing those disposables into the ocean. :-).

Really good razors, especially when you compare them to what dollar shave club puts out now. Buying them through Amazon saves you the trouble of having to deal with the subscription because I don’t shave all the time. Definitely something I’m going to re-purchase.

1st time with the Harry’s brand — every year or so I order a small kit of a different brand to see if the grass is greener on the other side — sometimes I get an improvement sometimes they end up in the trash — the handle and the connection to the blade are designed and feel very good in your hand — I don’t think these blades outshine a few others that I have tried but they are keepers — of course it will take a few weeks to see if they rise to the top of the pile — I shave at night so my first observations are that it is more difficult to shave the chin area without drawling blood and I have more stubble all the way around 10 hours later — I don’t find this unusual when changing razors — I like the size of the travel holder which protects the blades without adding bulk — I’m neutral on the shave Gel — I find it to be about the same as other Gels — the 5 stars are for the construction/design of this set — the actual shave component is going to vary by user and is hard to evaluate — pre-shower, post-shower, AM, PM, gel, cream, oil or soap and other places on the body

I have been shaving for 72 years and have used a variety of razor blades. Razor blades have come a long way from those available to me back in the early fifties . I just used this blade for the first time and it is clearly the best I have ever used . The trimmer for sideburns is also a great addition. I doubt that a better razor blade is available and I shall use these exclusively from now on.

I was tired of paying so much for my razor refills so I thought I would give Harry's a try and I'm very impressed I've been using it for about 2 months and only on the 2nd blade
