These little beauties are absolutely amazing you couldn't get better in my opinion. These tablets are small so swallowed with ease definitely cost effective with whole years supply. Very happy with my purchase. Was looking for biotin with no magnesium stearate and found these. The tablets are easy to swallow and are 1 a day with a full glass of water. When I take this I feel better energy, stronger nails and hair growth. You get plenty of tablets (365) so definitely value for money and i highly recommend 😁👍

I have been using this for over three years now, was a little skeptical to begin with, but after a few months my hair is stronger, less breakages and grows incredibly quickly. Also from years of overplucking eyebrows where I thought they were never going to return, they have now returned to their full growth. Be patient as it does take a few months to notice a difference but it really does work

I noticed a difference within weeks but that didn't last my nails were growing and felt stronger but only lasted for about 3-4 months then they went back to normal how they were before and stayed like that. I used the year supply and didn't buy again and my nails feel a little strong than before. my supply ran out about 4-6 months ago and i'm taking different supplements so maybe they are work

I was getting bald before I started using this and after using this my life has changed! Now I have full hair. My hairline starts with my eyebrows. I think I have to stop using it.. I wish I could say these... Unfortunately I can't.. It has no impact on my hair. I haven't noticed any difference on my hair. Neither stopped losing it nor gained new hair.. Only difference was in my poop.. It turned black after a month or so.. Luckily it went back to normal once I stopped using it...
