I had been struggling several months losing the battle to bring under control a particularly bad crohn's flare-up, usually they are small enough that a few days of the GOL Meal replacement shakes gets me back on track, but this time I was only spiraling more and more out of control even causing me to have a systemic seizure (those who have crohn's know what kind of problems come with it and how few options are available so your a bit on your own working through self-fixing it). At my wits end and knowing I was headed down the road to surgery if I didn't do something I finally tried this. It was so gentle the only thing I noticed was progressively more regular normal bowel movements, less swelling, no more symptoms of intestinal leaking or bleeding. It calmed my angry inflamed intestines so amazingly that following this I was back to normal. I ordered a second box immediately and will keep it at the ready. I took the recommended advise and followed this with daily supplements of Probiotics & Perfect Food. I couldn't take the Omega Zyme as suggested during the 10-day detox as it had an adverse effect, but following the detox it works fine with no side effects. I also noticed following the 10day detox I was able to tolerate the GOL anti-fungal treatment without the bloating or pain (I had to stop before because it was unbearable).The powder reviewers mentioned was no problem, yes its a chalky powder it isn't designed to be like smelling daisy's, but its not as bad as others made it sound, its only a small amount, its odorless and almost flavorless and mixes to a thin liquid. Just chug it down in a few gulps, there is little after flavor, or mix it in smoothy if your gag reflexes cant get past the idea.(disclaimer as with everything, follow the directions and consult doctor like it says)I think the reviews vary so greatly mainly because expectations are so different. I was looking for a normalizing, calming and healing to my digestive tract not a quick-fix weight loss supplement, but I will add that a healthy gut long term creates the perfect environment and creates low-sugar high-nutrient cravings which contribute to healthy weight loss.

I heard there were a lot of negative reviews for this product and as someone who has used it several times, I must say it really works. I usually do this cleanse with a fruit and veggie diet. I think it works best if you're not putting a bunch of horrible foods into your body while you're on it. Having said that, I've also used it eating regularly with my not so great habits and it still works. As long as I remember to take the pills at the correct time, I can expect a smooth release of waste the next morning that is pretty smelly. Yes, the fiber drink is horrible in taste and texture. I typically use more water than is suggested and drink it as fast as possible. I also know after a few days in I will start to have more energy. THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCT. I've seen a few reviews where people have indicated they didn't lose any weight but that's not the point, although it's a side effect I've noticed a few times.

A lot of people have giving this cleanse a bad rating, but I've done it 2 times & I think it's decent.I first did this cleanse about 8 years ago & I really liked it & had lots of success.This time I feel like a had a little bit less success, but the key is to detoxify the body & it did that.It may be gross, but the way to tell is the smell. honestly. If your number 2 smells horrible, it's working.I did have gas at night, really really smelly gas, but that is to be expected! Your trying to clean your colon out in this process as well & thats going to happen!I like it over all, its a gentle cleanse & it does what it's supposed to!

First day was uncomfortable due to the taste it takes getting used too. after 8 hrs i was in the restroom. A big glob of stuff came out the first couple of days. i also had stomach cramps not that hard the first couple of days. After that, a regular bowel movement daily. I guess i can say I didn't feel any changes as far as dropping a few lbs. but it did get rid of the bloating for a week. i gave it three stars because it did not make me keep going to the bathroom like other products. I am going to try this product one more time and will leave another review.

I have been diagnosed with GI issues: IBS, slow motility, chronic constipation and now possible pelvic floor dysfunction. Since getting pregnant with baby #3 they have gotten worse and I developed a blockage. And so begins new testing, medications etc. After 4 different prescriptions and not recieving the desired results as well as having reactions to some, I became increasingly frustrated. I know this is a little gross but when dr's say 'this medication will make it so you can see your tonsils' and I tell them it didn't they are speechless. I have been given everything from over the counter laxatives to Golitely (2 times) and not seen the 'desired results'. Needless to say, I got mad at all of it and decided for a more natural approach. I stopped all medications and started the 10 day cleanse. I am 5 days in and it is working!!! I can not remember when I have had such regular and productive bowel movements. I am beyond thrilled with how well this has been working. I am eager to see how well my body responds after the cleanse but will certainly add some maintenance products to my regimen such as the detoxifiber and probiotics. It wouldn't be fair of me to rave at how well this product is working without letting you know that the only draw back is I do get very bloated when I start taking the pills. But I suspect I have years of build up that is causing this reaction vs the product being the issue.

Used this several times now. Absolutely worth it. Especially if you're looking to improve your dietary choices. This stuff will FORCE you to put the French fries down. You're body will crave healthy choices. Easy to take. Clear instructions. I'll be buying more for years to come.
