This product was good. I enjoyed my seafood boil sauce. I would definitely order it again.

BLOVES sauce is DLISH! Ok I was getting nervous after reading some reviews that said it tasted like spaghetti sauce - ugh! Not at ALL!! I followed the instructions on what to add except I couldn’t find any pickled ginger so at the end I added about a 3/4 teaspoon of powdered ginger and it really pushed the yum factor over the edge! I made this for us to have our first ever seafood boil tomorrow and I read it’s best to make it the day before so I did. It’s got a very unique and delicious flavor and nothing like spaghetti sauce! I’ve been enjoying BLOVES videos because my son’s girlfriend requested this for her 21st birthday dinner. I think you could put this on a piece of bread and it would be great! Very very happy I made this! I know we can buy our own ingredients to try to make a sauce like this, but I guarantee I would never be able to duplicate this LOVE!!!

Nasty. I bought this product before and it was good obviously something is wrong with this packet i knew before i even tasted it because it didn't look the same as last time and it was too oily on the top or something i checked the expiration date which was not expired so idk why it taste like that. It tastes burnt im so mad because I had to wait 3 weeks just for it to taste like this smh

I really like the taste of the mix and I wasn't able to recreate the flavor by following the Youtube tutorial BLove did. For those of us who aren't trying to use a full $25 bag at once. The pouch contains 200 grams which is about 1 cup of product. I have found that adjusting the recipe to include 2 sticks of butter instead of 4 and only using 2-3 Tablespoons (to taste) of the smackalicious mix yields more than enough sauce for 2 greedy people to have enough leftover for the next day. You can always caramelize more onions/ginger and reheat.

Hubby and I just received ours today and we made our seafood boil tonight. The sauce taste exactly the way we have been making it from the beginning. I don't mind supporting Belove but can't justify the $25 price tag and don't get me wrong I'm not complaining. I can afford the cost but realistically it doesn't make since for me when I have all the spices at home already and I can control how much salt I'm putting in. I know what it cost to market a product not only time, resources and money but all the testing ups/downs and back and forths. I know she has to make her profit but for me I always have these spices in my pantry at any given time because I host a great deal and used to cater on the side. So far me, again I'm saying for me not anyone else the cost isn't worth it since I already have the spices at home and I like to control our salt intake. Hubby and I enjoyed the sauce with our boil as usual.

I was so excited to try this sauce. I am a huge fan of Blove. She seems super sweet and about her family and culture.I was super scared to try the sauce because of the reviews saying it tasted like Italian seasoning and spaghetti sauce. I HATE red sauce but I wanted to support Blove.Sauce has a very smoky flavor. It doesn't taste like how I thought it would. It doesn't take like pizza sauce but closer to a chili or bbq. It taste good but I wouldn't eat it with seafood. I did modify the sauce a bit. I did not add ginger (I freaking hate ginger) or onions ( to lazy to cut them).I think the price is reasonable. I don't know why 'certain' people see 'certain' people and think that it automatically means a discount? If another brand created a seafood seasoning pack would you try and negotiate the price? No. You would buy it and keep it moving. If the price is too much...that's not their fault....it's just not in your budget.Overall, I would not buy it again...but I don't regret trying it. I would recommend trying though. I'm excited to see what else she comes out with.
