Very surprised
I've had some really bad experiences with BT earpieces, and I'm super happy with this one.Just to be clear, I'm using this at home. It has no noise cancellation at all - vidcall partners can hear my squeaking chair. But, they hear me very clearly, and I've recorded my voice and it's really good quality. I wouldn't expect this to work in a car with the windows open, or on a windy day, and don't take out your trash or cook or run water while you're on a work call - they'll know and be annoyed by the rustling sound lol (some vidcall applications have additional sound cancellation, so YMMV).Now, like another reviewer said, don't expect to listen to good music, because the speaker is made for voice - which will come in clear. That's all it's designed to do, and it does its job.The battery life lasts a full workday when on/connected but not in use, and I've done 3 hours of use, and had battery left. Honestly I don't really think about it, I just charge it overnight or whenever I remember. The range is fine for me. I've been in the next room. I was 2 rooms away, through a glass door. All good. But at that same range, a metal door blocked the signal. So depends on what's in the way - this is normal. But good BT tech is being used.I would make sure you understand the shape of the earbud if you have sensitive ear canals. That thing that protrudes is a little scratchy for my tastes, but I used the smallest one with an earhook and I don't shove it in all the way, then I turn the volume up, and it's fine. If you can manage to use the largest earbud, you dont' even need the hook, it should just sit in there. That large one wasn't comfortable though.I'd totally recommend this. It's a steal.

Provides audio with Google Maps!
The biggest challenge I’ve faced in locating a bluetooth device to use with my cell is finding one that works with Google Maps. After going through two others I finally hit upon this one, the Yuwiss Bluetooth earpiece that does.It turns out that the issue is whether or not a given bluetooth device has support for what’s called media. Bluetooth devices that don’t support media only provide audio for phone calls through the earpiece. As soon as I paired this device I saw in it’s device properties on the phone that it supported phone calls, media audio and contact sharing. While I can understand why some folks would want just phone call audio on their bluetooth devices, having the driver for media audio gives you the option of using it or not using it if you don’t want it.For me, having Google Maps audio come through my earpiece is very important and of the three bluetooth devices I purchased, this is the only one to support it. It may very well be that media audio is supported by many other bluetooth devices but I’m not seeing that advertised anywhere.I find this bluetooth device to be a remarkable product on all other counts. This bluetooth is priced lower than almost any other bluetooth device out there. It’s a remarkable valueThe packaging it comes in is gift quality. It comes with three ear piece covers and two ear holders. It paired with my cell right off the top.The sound quality is outstanding. Callers say I sound very clear.I like the fact that an actual recorded voice says “power on, connected” when enabling it and “power off” when disabling it.Can’t speak for anyone else but it fits well on my ear and is very comfortable.Has a nice visible led light that shows when the device is charged and also blinks to show when it’s functioning as a bluetooth device.Highly recommended.

Good value for the money
For the money, this is a good value for an MP3 player.First, the ear phones supplied are of a poor audio quality, but that is not the reason for purchasing an MP3 player. I used a couple of other ear bud/phones I own and found the quality is pretty good, noting that there is a setting for different 'equalizer modes' which allows you to choose from 'normal', 'pop', 'rock', etc. This helps with whatever kind of music you are listening to.Unfortunately, unless you've owned one of this type of MP3 player in the past, the menu is NOT intuitive. But with some perseverance and practice, you can discover how it works and the various settings.Inside of the 'repeat' menu is the option to 'shuffle'. Note the shuffle only works for songs/tracks within a 'folder'. You may have only a few tracks within that folder, so listening to them 'shuffle' over and over will be quite boring. This device will not shuffle all songs/tracks on the device without a 'work a round'. I found this out the hard way. Upside is that you can still use 'Windows Media Player'' (if you have a Windows 7 OS) to import songs/tracks to this MP3 device. You can hook up to a PC with the supplied USB cord (old style, not mini USB on end that connects to the MP3 player so you might look around in your stuff for that style and get a backup online) and 'copy and paste' songs. You do not have to take out the mini SD card and use adapter to plug into USB outlet on your PC. You could do this and it will work, but why? Unfortunately, a typical import will have your songs grouped into 'folders' by the various artists. To overcome this, you'll need to either create a single folder first with all the songs you wish to import or import separately the songs within each of your folders. This way, you'll be able to allow the 'shuffle' option to in fact shuffle all the songs/tracks on your MP3 device. Downside, if you want to listen to a particular artist, no sorting option exists. In that case you ='d be better off importing separate folders so you can scan through them to pick an artist or album you want to listen too Me, I just prefer to shuffle all songs, that way I get a 'surprise' each time I listen, but to each their own.I will say that the quality of audio is pretty good, with 'good' ear/head phones, or as I sometimes prefer, use a mini stereo jack to connect to separate speaker, such as a Bluetooth speaker. I was impressed with the quality compared to my old Sansa MP3 player when connected to a separate speaker, not enough power. All in all, this is a darn good unit for the money. If you are not interested in shuffling all songs on your unit, and prefer to flip to different folders, then its not an issue. Just have to watch a few online videos and search about for various tips, and spend the time to practice, you'll get the hang of it.
