these really help when your on your feet all day. once my shoes are on the insoles stay in place, but they’ve lost a star as they slide to the front when trying to get them on.

Wasn’t sure if they would help but they have made walking so much more enjoyable again would recommend

Help reduce pain

Bought this to use in my walking shoes. Unlike full size insoles this one only fits the arch of the foot which is great as it doesn’t create bulk. It is sturdy, doesn’t bend and I find it supportive. It has not sorted out my problem but it does give relief when driving or standing.

I bought these as an addition to to a bespoke moulded foams pair supplied by my local orthotics department. Functionally these seem to do the job and they are of similar dimensions to the bespoke pair, but they are too narrow to fit firmly in the shoe and I need to hold them down as I put my feet in so that they are located under the right part of the foot. These are selected as a size 9 to 11 but are labelled 42 to purchase roughly the same as UK size 9 so they're at the small end of the range. Strangely the breathable perforated leather insole is mounted on a solid plastic moulding so I'm not quite sure how breathable they can be. They are comfortable enough and seem to do the job that they are designed for.I think they have been released the little prematurely and they come without any labelling and no documentation to explain what they are designed for or how they are to be used.I have had these for nearly 3 months now and use them regularly and they seem to be comfortable although being on a hard plastic base and being narrower than the shoe I am rather aware of the hard edges and so they're not as comfortable as my moulded foam inserts.

I love that they are leather, huge bonus, however I also bought a synthetic version from another company which had more stable support which didn’t flatten order my arch when worn. The slimline leather will fit any shoes and is supper discrete so that’s also good for some moderate support. Probably won’t buy again but they are sexy as arch supports go.
