Seems to be a good supplement on carnivore diet.

I started using this product about a week ago and man it's impressive! I have been on the Atkins induction phase for over a month and I started experiencing unusual hair brittleness and chapped lips. I hate taking vitamins because of the weird aftertaste so I thought I need to try something that would be stronger than what I was using so if I skip a day it won't be so bad. This product is very is very impressive! I was pretty impressed with how fast the lip peeling and dry skin stopped. It took about maybe 2 or 3 days for me to start noticing a slow change and by the end of the week it stopped I was really impressed. Also it didn't taste so bad. This really is just one weeks worth of usage but I have noticed a significant change in my health. I'm sleeping a lot better too which is really great. However I'm interested in seeing what happened after a month. I'm still on the induction phase I'm trying to stick with it for about 2 months and hopefully I can check back.

It’s only been 3 weeks now since taking 2 a day. What’s interesting is the amount of vitamin C. 500 grams of it. That’s the most out of all the ingredients. Does it work? Well I can only speak for myself. My stool seems to be a little softer, and more focused in the now. Why only 2 pills? 1000 grams of vitamin C and double the rest of the ingredient’s seems to be enough for me. Even though I’m 285 pounds. Big guy.

The product is good and works well. It’s as good as any multivitamin at a good cost and provides you with what you need if you’re on the carnivore diet

The vitamin seem to be OK but man, the smell is terrible. Reminds me of urine. I don’t understand why and I don’t see anybody else commenting about it. Makes Against me wonder if I got a bad bottle.

Vitamins are good quality. Have lots of amazing nutrients inside.

This was a factor to me developing Vitamin B6 Toxicity. I was taking this as a recommendation from my trainer. I started having tingling toes, then burning feet, then it went up my legs. None of my doctors knew what was happening. I also got horrible rosacea on my face & gut problems & nerve pain headaches. I finally saw a rheumatologist, and my b6 was 219, when normal was 2-22. I was already getting plenty of b6 in my diet from meats and avocado, and the ​1500% b6 in this supplement tipped me over the edge. I now warn everyone I know of vitamin b6 toxicity. B6 is water soluble, but if we get dehydrated, it can damage our nerves, and it's a known neurotoxin. Be careful!
