Very happy.

I have bought this twice. First time the toners worked well. This second round I keep getting the "no toner" error even though I have a new toner installed. From my research on this, it seems that the chips are not recognized. Ugh! Wasted money and won't be ordering from this company again. Very disappointed!UPDATED REVIEW: I wanted to come back and say that the company reached out to me after seeing my review and wanted to do everything they could to fix the situation. They were extremely apologetic and offered a free replacement or my money back. I LOVE when a company values their customers like that. It means a lot that they take their consumers into consideration. I am happy to say the completely rectified the situation and I would now feel completely comfortable ordering from them in the future.

The yellow drum is jammed, narrowly destroying my printer. The roller doesn't turn and that made a horrible noise inside my printer. I only have the cyan and magenta drum installed and the impressions do not convince me. I accept advice.

I wanted to love this product but I can’t tell you how many hours I have spent trying to fix the print quality, error messages, and returned toner I went through. I accidentally bought this brands toner when the error message for the drums was going off. After installing the new toner and the error message still popping up I realized I needed nee drums altogether. So then I placed an order for these. When I received I installed and than put in the old toner since I never needed new toner and i was getting a triple mirror image in red blue and black and even green sometimes. Then I put in the new toner and the same thing. I emailed the company which they did email back and forth with me a few times which only resulted in them telling me to return both items they couldn’t help any further. So then as a last try effort I ordered a new brand of toner bc I keep buying off brand because I certainly not afford the brother toner with how much I print. When the nee toner came the same problem occurred. So I returned the ezlink drums and toner because was at end of return period. I finally splurged on the brother drums because I literally could bit spend another minute or day (its been a few weeks dealing with this) and they arrived and both brands of toners I have are now printing wonderfully. So if your print quality is having a mirrored image I would try the brother brand drums!!

Easy fast installation and nice packaging. Takes seconds to install and setup in printer. The quality and prints are best I have had in this unit. I highly recommend this to my customers and will continue to use far into the future.

It doesn’t actually come with any ink which was my fault for not knowing that I guess but it was pretty misleading. Why would anyone want to buy just the cartridges anyways. Ink comes with cartridges.Edit: the manufacturer reached out to me and helped with support for this product, I was confused what I was trying to buy but this company is very helpful trying to get you setup where you need to go. If you have any troubles you can be sure they will reply in a timely manner.

I had an issue with the ink, the company communicated quickly to help resolve. I've never had such a great experience. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Fixed my printer instantly. Comes with instructions if you do not how to install but I didn't even have to go there. The best price for a compatible set.
