Kodiak Cakes Frontier Oat Gluten Free Protein Pancake and Waffle Mix, 16oz (Pack of 6)

I made banana bread with this using the recipe for banana nut muffins, and the taste and texture are excellent! My only recommendation is add vanilla, and potentially add a 3rd banana to give it a stronger banana taste.It was very easy to make, and I like the fact this has a good protein content. I recommend buying this in bulk for the best value for your money.I look forward to making pancakes and waffles with this soon!

Easy to make and yummy. In fact I think I am going to make them today! Fill your tummy! I am a texture person and have no texture issues! Definitely a great staple if you don't have your own recipe and great for having on hand even if you do. In my opinion this was money well spent!

This is a very good HIGH PROTEIN and GLUTEN FREE pancake mix. With quality ingredients, it is a good size box. The mix was easy to make and very filling.

Best of the gf pancake brands I’ve tried. Also a great way to get your protein in. It does become pretty thick once you mix it but just keep adding milk with each batch to make it the consistency I want.

Makes great pancakes and better than other brands. This may be more than you want, but if your local stores are like mine then this deal will save you money. It was almost $10 cheaper to get 6 on Amazon compared to the stores.

We loved Kodiak pancake mix before we were gluten free and we have longingly looked at the box when we were in Costco. Now we can get our pancake fix and still be gluten free!

I LOVE this pancake mix. Great flavor, not grainy like the low-carb mix, and they stay together super well. You literally would not be able to tell that they are gf! The only other mix that competes for flavor and texture is the King Arthur gf pancake mix... but this mix ultimately wins every time because of the protein. I personally like to eat them with added egg because I like them to turn out a bit fluffier and toastier rather than cakey, thin, and moist. To each their own. I love to add bananas or chocolate chips, and lately I have been making pumpkin pancakes by adding pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree. They also do beautifully if you add buttermilk to them... buttermilk and eggs turn this mix into a decadent pancake that is better than any you'd get at a brunch restaurant. Can't rave enough. Bought 6 boxes like a month and a half ago if that tells you anything about how obsessed I am. 10 million/10 stars
