I use this all year round for my school aged child and i feel that works amazing. It is a little hard to chew because it is a bigger gummy but not the biggest deal for my child since she likes the taste of it. Smells more like candy to me than a vitamin and does not upset her tummy which many vitamins with zinc tend to do. I feel my child did not get nearly as sick compared to last year when she was not taking anything.

Ingredients look good. My daughter is 9 years old so I give her 3 gummies instead of suggested 2. Because suggested serving size in my opinion doesn't have enough daily value of vitamins for older kids. My daughter loves the taste. She asks for them every day.

These gummies have been a great source of vitamins and minerals for my two girls. The Brand Garden of Life has great products and I knew that I could trust these gummies. I know have them coming no a monthly basics to our house. I usually give them to my girls if I know they are going to be at camps or at the begging of the school year when they are about to be around germs. The vitamins were very helpful in improving my son’s immune system it was very delicious like candy but good for you. The ingredients are very good for you and is non gmo or non genetically modified organisms. It is also very simple to take as it only needs to be chewed and swallowed instead of a pill were you need to take some water then swallow.

My kid actually ask for these every morning, which is a win in itself. I love that they’re made with clean ingredients and support their immune system, especially during cold season. I just wish the bottle lasted a bit longer—goes fast with more than one kid!
