Beautiful and very motivational diary!! Very nicely done
I absolutely love this diary!!!I dont do Slimming World, I do Bright Line Eating and we plan ahead our meals and I am amazed of how much this diary has.. from tracking sleep to new habits, kitchen conversions, stickers.. and more! I went immediately to check their website and love the journals, so planning to get one for me and an anxiety for my daughter. Great product, I will def keep buying from this seller x

Fabulous little book. Only 7 weeks but I have bought erasable pens so I can use over and over

Wish it was longer
I love it so much and I love each part of the book as it doesn't only do weight loss but measurements and goals/habits etc.Only disappointment is it is only for 7-8 weeks worth of tracking then the book ends. When I brought it I assumed it would have more tracking pages then 7 weeks worth considering it was a 2023 will be my year book.

Great food tracker diary
I purchased two of these (in different designs) for myself and my husband, as we’re both trying to lose weight. The pages are very well laid out and easy to understand. My first thought was that the bright colours are a real confidence boost, because it doesn’t look dull and strict like some other planners!I have no dislikes about this journal, although I think there should be a lot more stickers!!

Great diary
Lovely little diary helped me keep track of the things I ate so I could go back if I started to slip amd see were I went wrong. I haven't slipped yet lol there was 1 issue which I didn't bother to make a complaint about but it was supposed to be a 8 week diary and mine was 7 weeks but apart from that the product is amazing, i'd buy again

Love the content
Love the colourful content some of which can be totally personalised. Wholly Slimming World compatible lasting for eight (as opposed to six) weeks of slimming. I will keep re-ordering and using to monitor my progress until I reach my target weight and, who knows, it may even keep me on track beyond this.
