New Wash (RICH) KIT- Hair Cleanser 8oz + Hair Balm 4-oz + Scalp Brush for Cleansing & Conditioning

This is really good stuff. I have thin hair and it does clean it, but just leave that bit of texture. I have to be careful with the balm though as it was making my hair feel greasy, so I stopped using that so much and just the cleanser and the result was much better for me.

It's expensive but I took a chance - hey ho. My bleached blonde curls aren't too brittle and dry but I was looking for something to give them a bit more oomph and bounce, and that's uses more natural ingredients. I used the rich wash and the styling balm. In a nutshell, New Wash did not work at all for me.

I did not notice any difference whatsoever using this product, very disappointed, but you have to try these things once to see if they work.

How can you make sure it has nothing allergic in if the ingredients are not listed? Even natural oils can be an irritant, so I don't buy into the hype. If they aren't willing to divulge what's gone into it then don't buy it. Honest companies are transparent.

My daughter bought me my first one for christmas. The condition of my hair has improved, it is shiney and soft. I still have half the pouch left. I use it twice a week with the scalp brush, I have short hair. My aunt saw the condition and was impressed so she asked me to get her a pouch.

The New Wash was good - but not mind blowing. I also bought the Hair Balm and it made my hair look terrible. Dirty and heavy. Maybe I used too much - it didn't say how much to use. I tried it with letting my hair air dry - which it suggests. Didn't look good. Tried blowing drying - and it looked worse. These two items cost me $100 and I am very disappointed.

I have very thick, frizzy hair. Unless I blow dried it and straightened it as soon as I got out of the shower, I would have a birds nest. Air drying was never an option so I ended up wearing it up most often, particularly in the summer when it was too hot to blow dry. I was skeptical about trying this because of the bad reviews, but it has majorly helped my hair. Using the Rich with the Hair Balm, I am able to let my hair air dry (or sometimes mostly air dry with a quick blast of the blow dryer at the end to get it all dry). My hair is a lot smoother and less frizzy, without being flat, lifeless and greasy. It feels a lot healthier too, and I can go longer between washes.I did only give it 4 stars because I do note that the product does take some getting used to and learning how best to work it with your hair. You definitely have to make sure that you work it in really well. I both massage it into my scalp and use my fingers as if they were a fork to get it all the way through. I do the same thing when rinsing it to get it all out. I also shampoo twice. If I don't rinse really well, I will have product left and my scalp will look greasy. But, again, if I work it in well and rinse well, I don't have these issues. I have gotten used to doing it.To me, it is entirely worth it. I do not plan on returning to regular shampoo and conditioner.

I liked the hair wash but love the conditioner. I blew through the hair wash very quickly because of my long hair. My scalp felt clean but I had to wash it twice to fully feel like it was cleaning my hair. It lasted less than a month and I don’t wash my hair except for every other day. I’m still using the conditioner though and would buy it again. The fragrance of the conditioner is light and floral. It feels like I’m really taking care of my hair when I use it. It is very thick and goes a long way with my color treated hair.I’d buy the hair wash again but I’m hesitant to buy it again bc of how quickly I went through it. If it came in bulk or bigger quantity I’d reconsider it.

I was completely sold on another brand of products, but I just thought that I’d give this a try…it’s really, really good! I have recently gone blonde from dark brunette to make the grey come in more discreetly. It’s been a long journey to do and I was seeing dry and damaged looking hair. Using this has made my hair feel like my teenage hair (if I was a blonde teen). I highly recommend!

I like the smell and the feel, but using sparingly it's hard to enjoy one shampoo for fifteen dollars (or more) for shoulder length hair. The leave-in hair balm makes my hair dry and stiff. Their website is primitive and customer service unresponsive so Iam looking for a reasonable alternative.
