This book was in even better condition than I expected! The pages themselves are pristine, and the only sign of prior use are minute scratches on the cover. Also the shipping got here in time for me to prepare for classes!

This is the least organized/streamlined casebook I've ever read. It jumps from op-ed styled opinion pieces, splits up cases so that theFacts are on one page and the reasoning and holding are ten pages ahead and I would have given this 1 star but the APEX MEDIA version I got was highlighted + had great annotations.This case book is all over the place like dog dooh

Accessible and easy to read for a book on law.

This book arrived with a ton of SOMEONE’S HAIR pressed between a lot of the pages. That’s DISGUSTING. There’s so much of it throughout the book that it seems almost intentional ???

just got the book yesterday and it's in pretty poor condition. pages are moderately marked, but the corners of the cover are damaged and the binding is loose.
