Love Listography: Your Love Life in Lists Diary – August 27, 2008

I've purchased several "list" books, and this is one of my favorites. I had many listing books for several years before purchasing this book, and I loved those books as well. This book, has a wide range of questions to it, it's mostly if not entirely related to love and/or sex. It's a GREAT conversation starter, and I've had several multiple-hour conversations due to the content inside. I personally use it to learn more about people, and it really has brought out some great ideas and conversations. I'd recommend that anyone buy this book. It's fun from both a guy's and a gal's perspective but certainly for couples. I'd say that a lot of the questions are geared toward couples but can be done by one person as well, if you're the type, it could possibly be fun in a group setting as well.

You'll have to be the nonjealous type to do this with your significant other as some of the questions involve fantasies about other people, etc. We leave about half of the space for each other but are still enjoying it a lot. For one person, it'd be perfect. I will say, though, that I was kinda surprised at Amazon - when I peeled the sticker off of the back of my book, I noticed that it was about eight shades lighter than the dark tan that my book was - I guess it was a little dirty?

I got this for my wife because she had always looked at these books--they are fun & have amusing illustrations, however, I think most of the books from this series is definitely designed for just 1 person. There are a lot categories that don't really apply to a committed relationship. That being said, I think this book is really fun and I would definitely love it if I were just single.

I'm a huge fan of prompt books. I write the responses like it was my characters writing it. It's a great way for me to learn more about them. Plus, I love the illustrations, too.

I gave this book as a gift to my bestfriend. It's absolutely adorable and now I want one. It calms the OCD person inside of me who wants to put EVERYTHING into lists :)

Wonderful for those of us who love making lists!

This List book is especially fun. I'm thinking of giving this out to friends and family (etc.) for Valentines Day.

I thought this was for couples, this is for your love life and fantasies...

I bought this as a gift, mistakenly thinking that it was for someone who loved making lists. No, it's a book of lists for people who are falling in love. It's also for the US market so it talks about getting to second base, and I have no clue what this actually means. For someone in the first obsessive stages of inseparability it'll be marvellous, and I'd suggest that you give it to girls not boys.
