Works really well helping my brother not fall out of wheelchair

My husband has Parkinson’s and dementia. In his confusion he tries to stand up from the wheelchair and walk and he falls. When I g out of the room I connect this wheelchair seatbelt as he calls it, behind the chair and around his waist. Adjustable. A life saver for caregivers

Love the big attachment buckle. Easy to snap together and release when you have arthritis in your hand and fingers.

I gave it a 4 because I wish the front of belt was made of material to wipe clean. I've tried cleaning it and even put in wash but still has stains. Other than that works great.

I needed this for my sister while she is in her wheelchair and is transporting on a bus. It does keep her upright and secure.

i use a powerchair - still holds - i like any that i can release from the front - so i wrap it around at times for easier release; otherwise the front padding/strap is very comfortable.
