Good mix of vitamins with not overload. Not 300000 percent of your daily like some other brands I’ve bought. Lol

I take this brand quite frequently. The pills are a little big but are not too hard to swallow.

I can't ingest Polyethylene Glycol without serious consequences and it is the opposite of expected consequences. I know someone who had "IBS" for ten years which turned out to be caused by a common vitamin containing Polyethylene Glycol. My work changed the soap to something containing it and I have to bring my own soap now or itch all over, it comes off my dry hands and gets on my face and arms! It has no place in the food chain, it's related to antifreeze. Since the farming system of this world is leaching all the vitamins out of the vegetables, you pretty much have to take a multivitamin to get any. I mainly take them for the iron, which I frequently get turned away from blood drives for having enough of, but not enough for them. That is why I gave it four stars. I think they should assume they have a lot of vegetarian or vegan customers since they are vegan pills and crank up the iron a little. I have been turned away since I've been taking them, but I was well within healthy range, they just like you bursting with hemoglobin. I am also not that great at taking them every day, even though I feel better the days I take them.

I've been using Now vitamins for a long time. This is a good vegetarian option at as decent a price as you are going to find for vitamins.

I like the product but found that ordering correctly was a bit tricky. I bought the "Daily Vits" 120 capsules in Nov. 2022, and the "Daily Vits" 250 tablets in Dec. 2022. Turns out that although both products go by the same name, the formulas are different.For example, the capsules offer 20mg calcium, and the tablets include 150mg calcium. There are other differences as well. Don't make the mistake I made by searching for the product by name and deciding to buy a bigger bottle, expecting that it is the same product.I think the full name might include the word 'capsule' or 'tablet' to distinguish, but this doesn't show up in a search for "NOW Daily Vits."

It is becoming harder to find quality multivitamins that have their daily dose in one tablet. This was a nice step up from cheaper quality daily multivitamins. I have a sensitive stomach and have had no issues with these tablets.

Since vitamins are not regulated, it's hard to tell if what you're buying is actually in the bottle. NOW has been a trusted brand and I'm sure there are many other good ones, but Reuters seems to think that 89% of supplements are misrepresented.You're not going to know if supplements are helpful if you don't have a deficiency.
