Q: The way it was packaged made me nervous. How do you unfurl the garland?

I have been trying for 15 min to see where to "start" to unfold this ball of the garland! How do I even find the start to as you said "carefully unfold and fluff"?????!!!!!

You will need 3 AA batteries for our 9Ft Artificial Christmas Garland Prelit.

Q: once I turn the lights on, will they automatically turn off after six hours. And then the following night turned back on?

Yes. The timer is 6 hours on, 18 hours off.

Q: I do not want to pay for the original one since i am still waiting for delivery of the free replacement that ordered 12/12 can charge be refunded??
