Easy install. Works great.
I screwed this lazy Susan to the bottom of a fishing rod holder. The rod holder is round and sat in a corner. It didn’t spin which made it hard to get the rods out. I had to buy some 1” screws to go into the rod holder. In my video the reel handles are hitting the outlet but it does spin all the way around. Very quiet. Smooth operation.

Heavy duty as claimed, and they work perfectly with the addition of washers.
These are definitely heavy duty, as they claim. I had bought two previously, one 6" and one 8", they both work great. I had read some reviews before buying them previously, that said they didn't turn well once tightened down to the board, but if you put some washers against the board under the turntable, those will raise it enough that the turntable can turn without pinching against the wood.

Bearings need grease for smooth action
The construction of this lazy susan is okay, but out-of-the-box the lazy susan does not spin smoothly. This is because the bearings do not come greased. Spraying some silicone lubricant on the bearings made a world of difference. Now the lazy susan spins without noticeable friction. I used the port on the lazy susan to spray in grease, but you can easily just spray around the gap between the inner and outer ring. I'd suggest the latter, as the port on mine had a cross-threaded set-screw that was very difficult to unscrew; I think the port might have been for loading the bearings. Even with the lubricant, the bearings often make "chattering" noises. There are occasional times where the bearings seem to "catch" while spinning, but it happens mostly when the load is unbalanced and in only one orientation. For the price it's not a huge issue. I appreciate that the bearings are more protected in this type of lazy susan, and not held in place with some bent-over sheet metal.

Low budget 360 rig gem!
I got two, and built them into 360 rigs for product photography. They turn smoothly, seem very well made, and have more than enough capacity for the tabletop and whatever heavy stuff I might want to spin for the camera.

Excellent economy bearing
I purchase a lot of bearings and this bearing really beat my expectations. Now, this is an economy bearing and not a high performance bearing, so you have to hold your expectations correctly. Yes, the bearing is a little noisy--primarily due to the balls not covering 100% of the track. If you want something quiet, Timken makes great bearings this size for 10x more money. Breakdown of the cost of goods: approximate weight (14" model): 4 lbs value of aluminum: $2 per pound = $8 raw materials so, you can buy this for 3x the cost of the raw materials, that's impressive in my book. Lubrication: I lubed a couple with Teflon (PTFE) lubricant to see if it would help and it promptly bound up the bearing. Conclusion: the factory lubricant is pretty good. Conclusion: I am very impressed with this bearing as an economy bearing. I will continue to buy these in quantity for low speed, intermittent use applications (like a lazy Susan). I would not use this in a rotating shelf display

Heavy duty and looks like it will last a long time
My patio glass table came with a glass lazy Susan in the middle. The ring broke years ago. I saw this item and hoped it might work as a replacement. So far it is working great and is a lot heavier made than the original that came with the table. I have high hopes that it will last a long time.

Die Produktqualität ist minderwertig. Der Ring dreht sich schwer und knirscht beim Drehen.
