Great waist trainer. I had a small issue she. I first received it that the wire part dug into my hip and cut it open. But now it has been several months and it fits great. The compression of the waist trainer stays in place so you don't have to worry about tugging on it. It does cause your belly to sweat rather it's working out or doing casual housework. The material is great you can barely tell you are wearing a trainer with some outfits.

I’ve been wearing this waist trainer every day and honestly, I really like it! The material is super breathable and way more comfortable than a lot of other corsets I’ve tried before. Definitely feels like good quality. The only thing is the sizing. The XL felt a little loose on me, but when I tried the Large it was way too tight. There seems to be a big jump between the two sizes, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, it’s been great so far. If you’re looking for something breathable and comfy to wear daily, this one’s a really good choice!

I really like these Colombian kind waist trainers. Very sturdy and comfortable. I was a size 4x around May and now I’m down to a Xl on the first hook. I can go to the middle one but it may be too tight. First hook I can sit, breathe, move around and I even ate before I put this on. I was hesitant at first. I’m 5’8-5’9 and about 200lbs. I wear size L with clothes. But looking at other reviews I went ahead and risked it getting the Xl. I’m on a weightloss fitness journey so my goal is to be a L in a few months and then the end goal is M. I plan on wearing this majority of my day. I didn’t even really wear my other one like that a lot. Maybe a 3-4 times out the week only 4-6 hours a day. Does the job perfectly.

1st let me say, as with everything in life, you are going to get out, what you put in. Consistency is key. If you put in ZERO effort to healing your stomach muscles, nutrition, moving your body, paired with consistent, proper use of this waist trainer, I hate to rain on your parade, but you will get ZERO results. It's a Waist Trainer not a Magical MidSection Shrinker😉😁 All that being said.... OMGeese!! I REALLY did start using this puppy back in 2016, bought my 1st XXL and I was PSYCHED the 1st time I put it on because I had HOPE!! I immediately looked slimmer and felt relief from my lower back pain and my severe diastasis!! (If you know diastasis, I had a whole hand--5fingers--of separation and it is HEALED!!) There began my waist training journey, little did I know at that moment, that my decision to start waist training would spiral into an entire health, fitness and nutrition overhaul forever changing my life for the better!! The product itself, I am telling you, I have TRIED THEM ALL🙄🫣 Yianna is above and beyond!! Trust. Multiple times, I've been shopping around on The Zon browsing the newest waist trainers and thought "Oh look, this one is a little less expensive and is a new company, let me try this one".... I ALWAYS come back, kicking my own butt for wasting money and thinking another company could top the OG of waist training companys!! Lol!! The product itself, is very sturdy. It has longevity compared to every other brand I've tried. You won't find better "bang for your buck"!! Depending on how active you are, how your posture is, if you bend "properly" will depend on how much wear you can get out of the steel bones. Eventually they do wear out and form to your body. I am very active and I get *at least* 6 months of daily wear out of my Yianna waist trainer, before it's too worn out and needs replaced. The directions they give (with the waist trainer/on the website/in the pics on The Zon) if followed accurately, will walk you through putting it on and taking it off with ease. I HIGHLY recommend this waist trainer. I am proof!! I went from an XXL to a SMALL!! My posture has been corrected, I've learned portion control with my meals, my diastasis has healed itself, my stomach is FLAT, I feel like a million bucks in my clothing not thinking about muffin tops... Ok, I probably AM thinking about muffin tops, but not MY muffin top😉😂 NGL Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops are everything.... This waist trainer is a wonderful piece of shapewear. It’s the perfect length, sitting just above my hips and right under my bust. It’s true to size and offers great compression while still being thin enough to wear comfortably under clothing. It doesn’t roll up, it’s soft, and overall it’s both effective and comfortable. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for some everyday shaping.

As far as how it's made it's pretty nice quality but mad bulky I feel like I have on police gear also the reviews about sizing up idk If you have a pretty petite shape get a small I got a medium and I am not that snatched. It's hard to put the little prong things in like I damn near lost a thumb due to how difficult it was so keep that in mind. If you're looking for something to help your posture definitely get this but as far as having you super snatched in a seemless way this isn't it at all

Great Support, But Runs a Bit Small I purchased the YIANNA Waist Trainer for Women Latex Underbust to help with posture and waist shaping, and overall, I’m pleased with the results. I am new to waist trainers but I did some research. On corsets. Not waist trainers. So I got a size or two smaller, taking advice from corset forms. I had an event on that weekend and I knew this wouldn't get here on time so I ordered one that was around $50 to my actual measurements. It was uncomfortable, the bones folded and it folded up. Guides told me I got a size too small (despite getting one to my size) I was miserable and dreading when this one came in as I had ordered it too small deliberately. It came in today and I looked at rhe package sadly. I decided to give it a try and immediantly I was floored by the quality. It felt amazing and looked so sturdy. I decided to try it on. While it was a bit of a struggle- likely because it was new and needed to be stretched in, it fit so snug and so comfortable. The bones didn't fold or pull up. The material felt so comfortable and I was shocked when I tested sitting that it didn't fold from the bottom lile my other (larger) trainer did. I've only had it for less than 10 minutes but I dove to leave a review from how impressed I was. Honestly! I wouldn't reccomend deliberately ordering too small like I did. But even with ir slightly more snug, rhe bones didn't bend like on my larger one, the bottom didn't fold up and it felt snug, not suffocating. edit: its been two months and this product is STILL going strong and amazing! I can use the middle row of pegs, there is no warping, breakage, weak pegs/ wires and the wires STILL dont fold. Buying another one in a different color! I wear this DAILY for work and it helps so much with my back, no more pain and aches! cant reccomend this enough!

The quality is amazing, considering the price, I was surprised. I used to use waist trainers that cost me close to$150 and I found this waist trainer to be just as good as those. Let it remind you the reason you're wearing it- you're getting a better body and it's a useful too, it does make your waist smaller of course but it can help you with your posture, overeating and it keeps your fitness on your mind. Wear it all day but not when you exercise or sleep. To everyone who is looking for a waist trainer just always believe that you are a gorgeous woman inside and out and don't stop believing in yourself.
