These underwear are priced higher than what I can get from a Walmart or Kroger brand but fit better because they are actually true to size. My first order was for xxl size due to experience with the retail markets for this item. Those were really huge! The XL size from my second order is a perfect fit and allows a little extra room to the waste band facilitating urinal use when possible. the size on the XL goes up to 68" and I have a waste size of 70. These work great and have far less leakage since going with the XL. Note*there is no value for the money when discussing this extra expense with senior care.

These briefs are excellent. They are very absorbent and are more comfortable, according to my stepfather, than others we have purchased for him. These briefs keep the bed dry overnight, which helps take some work load off my mom. My parents are so pleased with these briefs we have put them on subscription status. And the price is more reasonable in comparison to our local store and we get twice as many. We could not be more pleased.

Great product only if it had wider coverage. Very thin yet worked okay for my day time needs. Not an overnight product.

These are great for overnight, but I was a little disappointed with the leakage factor. I highly recommend the Extended Wear for any users who want the optimal leakage protection. I have tried both and prefer the Extended Wear Attends for my adult sister who is incontinent and has cerebral palsy. I care for her in my home and she and I both prefer the Extended Wear to the Overnight so far. We have only used them for a week now, so after I go through the case, my opinion may change. We love the Attends brand of disposable underwear and we just are trying out all the absorbency types to see which one leaks less. So far, the Extended Wear is in the lead.

Got these for my mom. She likes them a lot. She says they are easy on , easy off and are comfortable, they are very absorbent and she feels more confident going out. Well worth the cost.

This is the second time I have ordered these. The FIRST shipment was perfect, great fit and absorption. THE SECOND SHIPMENT was VERY DISAPPOINTING. They leaked through the pad very badly. It's evident that the packaging wasn't the only thing that you changed. I can tell that the padding is not as thick as it used to be. I was so happy to find briefs that worked well until you cheapened the product. Please send me the original items and i will be a happy camper--unless you refuse to correct the defect. Thank you.

Highly recommend this product. My mom is now completely comfortable and her bed is clean every morning. It’s the only one I’ve seen work and I’ve tried many other brands.

Claiming these are suited for "Day/Night, Extended Wear" and the full 6/6 rating is woefully exaggerated. These would make a great daytime product for someone with light bladder leakage. They are thin and comfortable, and invisible under even the tightest of clothes. Unfortunately, all that doesn't matter much when you have an accident in the checkout line and end up with a wet patch on your inner thigh. If you're looking for something more absorbent, the 'Always Discreet for Sensitive Skin' is similarly discreet, or if you want something super absorbent (but less discreet) check out the products from Abena or Seni (both available on Amazon).

It is good for overnight use. However, the scale of severity mentioned on the pack as "Severe Incontinence" does not seem to beavailable. It would be better if this type of protective underwear is also available on Amazon website.
