Really poor quality. Purchased this and initially was thrilled. Then the key pad started doing nothing but beeping. Changed batteries and it didn’t help. The door handle also broke and would come off in my hand. Thought it was a defective one and asked for a replacement. The company sent one. Guess what?? Same issues. Just poor quality and a waste of money. So frustrated and disappointed.

We got the lock in Dec 2019. We installed it with a little effort. When locking the door, the deadbolt would often misalign. It would sound like it locked, but then wasn’t latched all the way, or would just bounce back. Unless we pulled the door and locked it, we would have trouble. Lately, we’ve had trouble unlocking the door; it would just start beeping loudly at us until we pushed a bunch of buttons. Thinking maybe the batteries were going out, I opened the battery hatch. Everything had corroded. Bubbles were fizzing all over the bottom of the batteries. We’ve had the lock less than 2 years.

Cheap and easy to install. Make sure you read and follow instructions. That will save you time. Adjust the holes a little bit and it will work flawlessly. Setting up pass codes is easy. Thank you!

the deadbolt is decent, the actual door handle includes junk soft metal hardware and the threads were bad inside one of the bungs on the handle itself. As for the action of the handle it is loose and wobbly, there is a few inches of play before it engages. Had i not destroyed the box i would have sent it back. You are better off taking actual garbage and screwing that onto the door instead of buying this.

I got really tired of my husband not having his keys. Hopefully this is the answer to our problems.

Easy to install. Did it myself. Wow!

I installed one of 3 I bought on my back door. The push button auto lock no problem so far. The manual door handle broke the first day. The interior handle fell off and a tiny broken spring piece fell out rendering it useless. I then put the handle from the second unit on. It lasted 2 weeks and broke the same way. As did the third yesterday.3 handles lasted a little over 8 weeks.

Bought 4. Handle came off two. One was replaced. Missed return window on defective replacement. Beware.
