Received the item on time, and using US/EU plug adapter plugged it in outlet. Noticed that there is no off button, so the chants will continue as long as it is plugged in. The lowest volume is not low enough and after some time can get annoying. The chants dont cycle automatically. You have to manually press a button to change the chant. Main issue started after about 3-4 minutes - the chant sound became garbled. I suspected loose connection or defective outlet, so tried on other outlets in the house, but no luck. The item was defective! Still no big deal. Started return process on Amazon. Received an email from the Seller that I have to pay return shipping to send the item and then they will send me a replacement. I am in US and the item is shipped from India. I told them that having experienced the poor quality and design of the product, I dont want to take a chance with a replacement. I requested Seller to issue a refund. But the Seller kept insisting for a replacement and for me to pay international return shipping fee even though the product was defective. Several emails but he gave me a runaround for 2 weeks. So now, I not only have zero confidence in the product, but the service is equally poor. Came to know that a similar good quality product is available in local temple and will be buying it soon. Considering money spent on this product sunk cost. Best to stay away from this Seller and their poor customer service.

I purchased this and realized that I needed an India to USA plug converter, so got that as well.It is pretty, small and I like that it has volume control, however what I do not like is there appears to be no off button! If it is plugged in, it is chanting and that is that.Please correct me if I have simply missed finding the on/off button and I will gladly change my review to 5 stars, but as it stands right now, it is a little odd.

Don't expect surround sound from the product. It is good for a room or a flat size of 900sft. I'm satisfied with the product that even after 2 years it is working well uninterrupted and I feel power of Hanuman presence in the home. Jai Shree Ram, Jai Hanuman

I would like to see the quality of the product in led light and volume nod it is average apart from that it is super product 🙂🙏
