Kwikset 91590-003 Milan Round Double Cylinder Deadbolt Featuring SmartKey in Satin Nickel

Great product. Looks very nice and of great quality. Was able to change key to the same as the rest of the house. I have it in a spot that gets rain on one side and so far it hasn’t rusted or lost it’s color.

I had a different double-keyed deadbolt from Kwikset. And due to horrible events, it was tested by fireman. It took many, many hits for the house frame and the door, to finally fail for them to gain entrance to my home. The deadbolt still works, and the strike that was mounted with the 4, 3" screws provided, into the dual 2x4 studs of the house frame held up. Incredibly strong.

While I love the style of the Milan locks, my last order had been previously used with parts missing, and it was sold to me as new. Very disappointed and is why I do not like purchasing on line. You simply cannot trust what is posted by the sellers.

I wanted this for my back door, which has a window on it. I've never installed a deadbolt before, but the instructions were good and much of the lock was already assembled anyway. I had no problems installing in a standard size door. Keying the smart lock is also very easy.

Its a higher end Kwikset lock, definitely better than the $20 locks they sell at Home Depot. If drilling a new hole plan ahead and get a door lock install kit or a lock & door reinforcer to draw the drill location. The template included with this lock isn't helpful.

Was afraid it was going to protrude out too much, but after installation it really looks clean and minimal. Highly recommended if you want something that is minimalistic and modern.

I couldn’t find a combination of double deadbolt and handle together. I had to pay more to get the style and color I needed.
