These taste really good not bitter not sweet Smokey kinda . Excited to take measures for better heath This product is lower price than some of the others and had way better reviews very happy with this product. I will continue to purchase it.The only thing that is extremely confusing is how many to take a day I see people saying a lot of different things that you’re supposed to only take one per 10 pounds other people saying you only take five per day maximum so that that’s about what I’m doing right now five per day????

My first time trying apricot kernels and they taste strangely like smoke - in a good way. I want to eat them like popcorn - but know there is a limit due to arsenic. Absolutely getting again!

First of all they smell and taste funny. I was pleased with what I received a year ago but this bag is so completely different. Besides the slightly off putting smell and taste they are tiny and not sweet. I wanted to return them but since there are no returns on this I just will be sad eating my seeds.

Not at all bitter. I don't chew many at a time as it can be bad for us to do that. But I love this different snack that has good things for our bodies in it. 3 or 4 of these, some grapes, cheese, yum.
