Bestar Connexion 72W L-Shaped Desk with Hutch and Pedestal in Antigua & Black

The desk is nice. It’s sturdy and looks good. The large piece for the hutch was damaged and it was easy to replace. I am still waiting for the piece to arrive but today is just a week since i called to replace it. The directions are horrible!! The drawers on the side cabinet are difficult to open and i can’t figure out how to fix them so they will stay that way. I would buy this again AND put it together myself even though it was difficult.

I purchased the corner unit and the directions are horrible. First they are per each unit and not what it takes to build the system. Attaching the corner piece was almost impossible. If you buy open all the boxes and read all the directions first. Also items were damaged and/or bent and I had to modify with my own materials. Building the unit was an absolute disaster!!!!!

This is a very nice desk. It is built pretty well. A little pricey considering it's made of particle board. All holes were precise and went together fairly easily if you don't use the instructions, they are very confusing especially if you include add on's or accessories. Or choosing left or right configurations. Desk arrived with many damaged parts, but customer service was great! They shipped all damaged parts within a few days! I am very happy with the product and will buy again for my home office. I did make a modification to the hutch doors. The preconfigured door opens up and then you have to slide the doors over the top shelf making it useless. I added piano hinges and soft close gas struts, works great and makes the hutch more useful. I will upload pictures soon.

Has all the working and storage space one would need working from home. Need two people to assemble at some point but one can do 90% of the job. Very sturdy as well.

We are on hour 6 of trying to get this thing together. I am bleeding. My husband has thrown out his back. it's a nightmare. Do not buy!

super stoked once it's all done, but assembling this, the hutch, lateral cabinet is an absolute exercise in the typical fasteners and the time it takes to get it all done. I took my time, used a small drill/impact driver I have to drive many screws more easily. I set up a rolling stool and table and just went to town. Now the remodel of my office is complete, replaced some old worn furniture, repainted walls, did laminate flooring, and it's refreshed. For sure. Good, upscale look with this furniture with reasonable prices for the results.

VERY HARD TO PUT TOGETHER AND WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. SOME OF THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN REPLACED, BUT NOT ALL AT THIS TIME. DIRECTIONS ARE HORRIBLE AND ARE NOT VERY ACCURATE.

This is a pretty solid desk and looks really good in my office. It's comfortable to sit at and has plenty of surface area for a large computer monitor and a lot of papers/books as well, so I can really spread out and work. As another reviewer mentioned, the directions were a little difficult to interpret, but my husband and I managed. It took us probably a couple hours to put together. Also, be careful when assembling that your screws or nails go in perfectly straight because there were a couple spots where a screw or nail cracked the laminate surface. Thankfully it wasn't in a conspicuous area. There are several areas where corners are a bit crushed, but as the damage isn't terrible and this desk will be in my basement office, it'll be OK. I believe I saw somewhere in the shipment notification emails from the seller that you would need to inspect all packages at delivery to verify that there's no damage, specifically by opening them, but the boxes (I think there were 5 boxes total for the combination I purchased) are very heavy and the shipping company (1) isn't supposed to carry the package into your home and (2) made it pretty clear that they aren't given the time on their schedule to allow for such thorough inspections, so it is impossible to inspect upon receipt.
