These are really cool the picture is of my 4 yr old son he literally will let you do anything to his hair lol they were purchased for myself I'm a man my hair is few inches past my shoulders and I can't use it like I did in the picture my hair is fine like hisBut actual size I wear a 7 1/4 wedding ring and I can fit them on my index finger to my first knuckleThe detail is pretty nice kinda wheat growing but basket weaved design it does have marks from being castedThe came in a nice leather pouch which my son tried to sneak off with lolI think in going to try them with 2 different braids on my daughter as her hair is much longer
