Absolutely love these insoles! I have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur on my heel. They help support my arches and cushion the heel. I usually put them in on top of the original insoles but I have a few shoes that I only use these. Works great either way.

I used to be a fan of this brand. They did help with a plantar issue years ago (although not as much as better shoes). But my last two purchases have been annoyingly squeaky.

Firm support and give me a much needed height lift

This is a well-designed product that can be cut to precise shoe size. It basically costs a fraction of what my "custom" orthotics from a podiatrist cost. The insole has a soft full-foot insole upper and a hard shaped plastic lower that extends from the heel to the midfoot and arch. The heel section has a nice soft "donut" (that's the gel part) in the middle to alleviate the pain common in plantar fasciitis. I have ordered this product twice and they have held up well for everyday wear. They may not work for all foot conditions but I won't pay for custom orthotics anymore after using these. Great product.

Just the right amount of arch support and "give" due to the gel. Very comfortable! I used them for my winter boots, although very comfortable, they didn't have much support.I am size 6 - 6.5 BUT cut the inserts to size 8 for these winter boots and they fit fabulous!!! Do not cut too short!I have been dealing with plantar for a year, and have it 99% under control. These inserts are the last piece of a puzzle. Almost completely pain free now.

Materials are OK, but entire pad is flexible neoprene-like material, with no solid or semi-rigid arch support. I prefer the company's Perform series to prevent plantar fasciitis and support my high arch. These are better than no arch support at all which is standard in too much footwear these days.

These inserts are awesome! I had intermittent pain on my plantar fascia for a few months before I bought them and within a week of using them I already had relief of the pain!
