Just ok.
This beam is just so so. It's a little bit flimsy and it doesn't have any grips on the bottom to prevent it from sliding, but overall is ok for my 7 year old to use. It's lightweight and easy to store which is a plus.

This was the perfect gift for our gymnast to be able to practice from home! Helps her learn to balance and do simple jumps etc. since we have received she has already moved up a level in gymnastics!
