Solid chair
This chair is very comfortable and ergonomic. My only complaint is the value for price seems high and the back doesn’t fully lock in a rigid upright position there is always some give. Other than that it looks good and is very comfortable and seems durable.

Fair
I have to see this is a good chair. But overrated to its price. If my wife dislike it, I would buy a lazy boy with only 1/3 of this price. So 3 stars, couldn't be more

This chair is pretty good and top in quality, which is why, i ordered. To my surprise, the whole chair came as one piece. No assembly work was needed.

Great Customer Service - Great chair
The chair I bought four years ago was a Haworth Zody also, but that exact model has been discontinued so I thought I would leave feedback on this Haworth Zody. Anyway, I had hesitated to leave a review on this chair which I bought over five years ago. Its a great chair, very adjustable and sturdy and terrific low back support with a nice recline function and good height and arm rest adjustment. But it did not come with assembly instructions or any kind of manual. It was fairly easy to put together, would have been easier with some instructions but we got it done. As I was putting it together, there were some bad reviews centered on lack of customer service. So last week when the arm support cover split, I was not hopeful for any kind of support. I googled Haworth customer service, emailed them with my problem and kind of forgot about it. The next day, I got a call from some very nice lady who set gave me the contact information for a Haworth seller in Irvine, near where I live. She also informed me that she had already contacted them for me and that they would be calling me. I said, "cool"... about an hour later I got a very nice call from another very nice lady who informed me that the chair was still under full warranty, and that they would send a technician out to my house and replace the entire armrest assembly and both covers! We set the schedule up and ... out came a really nice professional fellow who did the job and left in about 15 minutes. Very impressive and highly recommended chair and company!

HIGH QUALITY CHAIR
I work for a part supplier for Haworth. I just want to say that they demand very high quality work from us and we work very hard to supply them the best. We test our parts several times a day to ensure our customers and our customers customers have the best there is!

Plastic split after 6 years. Not that comfy and hard to maneuver into position.
I've had this chair for 6 years (Not purchased on Amazon, but at a 'back store') and we've recently had to have the arm rests and head rests replaced due to the plastic splitting. (This is an 'occasional' office chair, not a full-time 40 hours a week chair for us). The company was good in that they sent free replacements, but I would not expect this to happen to such an expensive chair. We have learned that they have not changed the material that they use on the arm rests and headrest, so I fully expect it to happen again in another 5-6 years. I also do not find the chair to be very comfortable and it's tricky to maneuver into position.

Not completely satisfied
I purchased a Zodi office chair for $750.00 about 5 or 6 years ago. It is not this model but I suspect my model is discontinued. My complaint from the get go was the difficulty in adjusting the chair. Shortly after purchasing, I was unable to adjust it at all and it was returned for repair which took about 3 months. Now the padding on the seat seems to have worn out so I keep sliding forward on the chair. It is still difficult to adjust. If I had not spent so much on this chair, I would replace it. Never really happy with my Zodi chair.
