Worth trying at the price. Seems to work.
75 year old grumpy male. I was pretty sceptical about this product but it does genuinely seem to work. Just don't ask me how. My feet do not sweat so I have no idea how the black slimy residue it produces is generated. Now used for 4 days consecutively. Definitely sleeping better and feeling more upbeat and alive. A friend said how well I was looking. Nocturnal toilet visits down from 3 to 2. The patches are easy to use and the adhesive is excellent. I have been putting them on in the morning and leaving them on until the next morning. Worth a try. You will need to wear socks in bed otherwise the black slime could leak on to the sheets. Don't be put off by my description of black slime. It's not a big deal and it doesn't smell.

On the fence
The pads are black so it's more sweat than toxins on the pads. I'd you wear a plaster on your sole then it is going to get sweaty. I am falling to sleep alor easier, which I am not sure if this is due to the pads or exhaustion from insomnia. This one thing alone does make me keen to buy another packet to see if this helps to keep my insomnia at bay.

Amazing!!!
I cannot believe this product, I found it online and had been suffering really badly during the night, I couldn't lie in bed without my leg twitching constantly, I tried sitting in recliner chair, no joy, even tried standing holding onto my walker, by then I was in tears, I had seen my doctor who said it's just one of those things you have to put up with, with my diabetes, so I tried searching online and came across these, I ordered a small pack to try, the first night I have to be honest... They worked!! I got a decent nights sleep. I carried on using them to see if it was just a one off and maybe I was that tired I could have slept on a bed of nails, but no, within five days I could sleep, no spasms with my legs, and my friend was suffering from the same thing so I gave her some to try, and it was the same with her, so I ordered a pack of 95 straight away, and the delivery is so quick!! I am terrible at mislaying things, I make cards so have bits and bobs all over the place but could I find them?? so I ordered another pack of 95, at only £19.97 it is great, I found my others a couple of days later, so now I keep them safely in the bedroom, I wouldn't be without them!!I highly recommend them, just try the small pack see how you go, it won't be long before you order the 95 pack I can guarantee it, don't put up with anymore sleepless, painful nights.

Think they're a bit of a waste of money to be honest
I wanted to give these a try, even though I was dubious, and this make was relatively cheap compared to the original Nuubu foot pads I'd seen. The Nuubu pads claim that over the course of 10 days you'll see less and less black stuff on the pads each morning. If these work the same, as they claim, they should also follow this general pattern. Each morning the pads were completely black, never an improvement from one day to the next. Perhaps my body is incredibly polluted? I find it unlikely given my lifestyle, but maybe it is. And of course I only used 5 days worth instead of 10, and I'm unwilling to waste more money in order to try for the full 10 days.I've seen one reviewer who used them for over a month with no change for 30 days - each day the pads were as black as the last. I've also seen people who have poured water on them or held them over a boiling kettle and they've watched the pads turn black. So it's evidence that there's a chemical reaction going on, just not proof that when they're stuck to your foot they're extracting toxins. Much more likely I think that they're just reacting to the moisture on your warm sweaty feet overnight. To counter that, I have seen people say that their pads got lighter over the course of X number of days, but I've never seen any of these people offer up photos of the changing pads. Possibly stooges, who can know for sure?As for the clearer mind and claims along those lines, I never really expected to feel anything like that and indeed I didn't. I imagine 5 days is not a long enough trial, but I also imagine that claims along these lines are a placebo effect to be honest. The only effect these things had on my were tingling on the souls of my feet throughout days 4 and 5. I don't know if this is a reaction to what was in the pad, or perhaps my nervous system having got used to the pads overnight sensing something it thought should be there but was missing.Overall I'm not convinced these really do pull toxins out of the body and no scientific studies have been published to show that they actually work either. Also the Federal Trade Commission has even charged some distributors of detox foot pads with deceptive advertising. My advice; don't waste your money.
