Faulty item
Do not delete, until my case will be solved....Bought new bicycle, put all parts together and saw that front chain ring was bend really bad, contacted seller via email, they said call the number and it always wasn't able to speak with someone, just possibility to leave a message and after few days they closed my case without any notice.....

Nice bike but with faults.
I like the bike! But there are a few problems with it! The tyres are a little thin, the brakes are not brilliant using brake blocks, the seat is a little hard,The chain keeps coming off as well. But I do like the look of the bike.

Faulty bike, awful customer service
This has been the worst consumer experience of my life.The bike is apparently faulty, I've taken it to a bike shop and they advised me they can't fix it and to get in touch regarding the warranty.I have done so, and kickback have failed to pick up the bike on two occasions now. I meanwhile, have spent 24 hours indoors waiting for a pickup courier.They have ignored points in my emails, I have been passed from agent to agent.They have treated me like garbage.This is a poor product and poor customer serviceI won't be dealing with kickback again.

Fine
It is just as I wanted, the seat is hard, but the bike is fast, the change is comfortable but too close to the brake.
