Overall: Highly recommend Pros: Great brand that cares about making sure there are no heavy metals. Focus on good handling so you don’t end up with spoilage. One of the only brands that can get that high EPA (3:1 or higher EPA to DHA) that studies associate with all those pain relief and cognitive benefits due to a major anti inflammatory profile. Cons: Pricey, but honestly when I buy cheaper fish oil it usually smells rancid (free radical oxidative damage 😬) and has questionable DHA and next to no EPA…so you get what you pay for 🤷‍♂️ Whole family takes a capsule daily. Daughter has had noticeable improvement in some behaviors (do an internet search on adhd and high EPA fish oil supplementation in children). I squeeze a capsule in a small amount of milk and she drinks. Lemony flavor makes it not taste fishy. Conclusion: We’ve all been taking for over a year and feel the benefits. Highly recommend 👍

A friend of mine recommended I look into Omega 3 for helping to stabilize mood - mainly anxiety and depression. I did some research online and found that EPA is particularly beneficial for this use. Nordic Naturals was one of the top rated products with the highest levels of EPA for the price that I found. The bottle is 60 capsules, with a recommendations to take 2 capsules each day, for a total supply of 30 days. It took me a full bottle to begin noticing results. Obviously, with a natural supplement you won't notice a result that is unnatural so this can be rather subtle. In this case I really forgot to check in with myself often about how it was lifting and stabilizing my mood, this was actually great for me since it meant I hadn't been so focused on or distracted by anxiety. Rather than dwelling on my mood or ruminating, I was freed up to do my tasks unencumbered throughout the day and later ease into sleep at night. If you find you are still having trouble falling asleep, as I was, you can also look into further supplementing at night with a low dose of melatonin as needed (I use https://amzn.com/B000GG6D9A). I've only noticed the light lemon flavor if I haven't eaten much around the time I've taken them. It's not noticeable enough to really comment on at all. Definitely recommend Omega 3 with a high EPA content. The price is worth it but it's only a 30 day supply per bottle. Nordic Naturals has a good price though it would be nice if they sold these in two packs for an even better discount.

I love these because they are very high in Omega 3's and lower in Omega 6's. I give these to my dog. I take a needle and poke the outside of a capsule and slowly squeeze out a few drops per day. He has three legs and so needs a high quality fish oil - such as this. The ingredients are dog safe, from the information I found on Google. I would say this product is the highest quality of all fish oils. I have bought this product probably one hundred times and eat time I have had fantastic results. One time I got a bottle that was rancid. But, if you make sure the item isn't stuck up in the bottle and doesn't smell rancid - you are good to go. I think this product is so high quality, I continue to buy from them anyways!

It's nice to find a fish supplement with other flavors like lemon to mask any leftover fishy taste. We find that this product is great for the masking effect which makes this supplement easy to take and keep taking!

Fish oil very good has a lemon flavor so if they open up in your mouth it’s not so bad I take them twice a day very good product

Pills all clumped together and covered in oil, few split open. The pills are rancid and not sure if the bottle is tampered with. This occurred with 2 of 3 last purchases, per my experience will not recommend
