I was all set to return this promptly and give it one star. I set it up for the first time and it worked great...for about 3 minutes. It was trying to spin, but would only go about a quarter turn before changing directions, go another quarter turn in the opposite direction, then change direction again. I kept fiddling with it...it would work again for a minute or so, then start changing directions again. I was bummed. But after examining more closely, I realized it wasn't firmly seated in the bracket (it's for an older Weber Genesis). The motor would start wobbling, just enough to unseat the spit at the opposite end. So I took a wooden shim, jammed it between the motor and bracket, and voila! Solidly seated, and works like a charm. For 28 bucks and a small piece of wood, it works as well as the $90 version that Weber sells. At least so far. Bravo!

This worked perfectly to replace one on my black stone pizza oven. It is so quiet ,easy to install, perfect turning speed. I was so pleased with it.

Great replacement motor for my OnlyFire rotisserie for the Weber kettle. First motor lasted over 2 years with quite a bit of use. Took a star off because I would like something the lasts longer, however I feel it’s money well spent with the usage of ten product regardless.

This motor fits the Napoleon Prestige Pro 665 (with modifications). The slide-on mount needs to be trimmed about 1/4" from the bottom to properly align the spit rod. This took a couple minutes using a Dremel tool and metal cutting wheel followed by some sanding to smooth the rough edges. From there it fit perfectly.The motor seems to have more power than the one Napoleon supplied (for a fraction of the cost). Don't waste your time calling Napoleon's garbage customer service for a replacement motor. Just order this and be on your way to cooking again.I cannot speak to the longevity of this item but it works so far...

This unit is truly a perfect addition to my BBQ. Runs quietly too.

Don't let the size fool you. It works great, is easy to use and is a perfect replacement for my old Webber grill.

Bought a no name "Joetisserie" for my Kamado grill. Unfortunately it came with a week motor that could not spin 3# of chicken wings in a basket. This OnlyFire motor is surprisingly quiet and has no problems rotating the same basket of wings. It mounts to the Joetisserie just fine upside down (see picture). Recommended.

Seem to be built well and runs very quiet. The listing showed it being used on a Weber kettle. It did not work for me. My rotisserie attachment for my Weber is 25 or more years old. Perhaps it will work on newer models. It didn't allow the spit to fit in the drive far enough, so the spit did not sit properly in the ring.
