Royal Canin Large Breed Adult Dry Dog Food, 35 lb bag

I have fed my dog this food for years. Love it !

I've tried so many brands of dog food; victor, purina, blue buffalo, nutrish, hill's science, american journey, nutro, and I'm sure a few more. Royal Canin won by a landslide. It was the only food all of my dogs would eat and met my nutritional requirements. I love that they have customized selections based on breeds. When my vet asked what I was feeding my dogs now, I told him this and he and the nurse both said it's the only thing they feed theirs as well. All dogs are different of course, but more often than not I'm finding most of the dog trainers I work with (mine train with local police force k9 trainer) feed either royal canin or hill's science. Saves me money on vet bills too since it keeps my dogs healthy. Love this food, please never change it!

This is probably the best dog food on the market, it is highly priced, but our dogs have been really healthy since being on this food for the last few years so it is worth it, fast delivery usually here within 2 days

We have a 100 lb female American Bulldog that will be 11 years old this June, 2016. We have had her since she was 9 weeks old. A local pet shop owner & dog trainer recommended this brand of food from day one and we have been loyal customers ever since. She told us about the great research that Royal Canin does and therfore she sells that brand in her shop.We attribute this food to her excellent health and long life. We've had other dogs and rescues that have been on other food and have had major health problems.The food is so tasty the dogs we've had love it even as a treat!We have just adopted a boxer puppy and he is 5 months old and you bet we have bought Royal Canin Boxer Puppy food for our new family member! He loves this food compared to what he came with. Another brand was giving him loose stools and already we've seen how the quality food has helped that and reduced gas!We highly recommend Royal Canin!!

I bought this product and the expiration date is sep 2025. The food is bigger than other dog brands food. So not a good option for small dogs. My dog did not have stomach issues after eating this food. He did not like the taste so I mixed it with chicken. At the moment all good.

This is the best dog food money can buy for my pet. We tried listening to the blogs and dog foodies that stated other brands were rated better because they didn't contain grain, corn or fillers however each and everyone made my our puppy miserable. He does great on this stuff and his coat is shiny. Anyhow I have had to return two large bags because they keep coming unsealed. This is poor on Amazons part but I can't hit the dog food. The food comes in air sealed bags at the stores however I use the subscribe and save and on three occasions the bag has come full of air meaning it had lost its seal. Most likely it was punctured at some point and who knows when so the food was probably bad. Not very good on their part.

This is the ONLY brand dog food I will feed my "pack" of 4 dogs. I purchase 3 different products from Puppy, to Medium, to Large and feed them separately. Two of my dogs were on "death row" at the animal shelter and their coats were so pathetic, they were sick. I had to hand feed them some wet Royal Canin to get them to even eat at first and then they've been on the product since January. Their coats are so shiny and smooth!! The transformation has been incredible. My male dog I've had from 8 weeks and his coat is so shiny and soft you'd literally think he's a stuffed animal. Cannot say enough positive things about this product. They eat less and have smaller and firmer stools - important when cleaning up after 4 big dogs!

We've used Royal Canin for our show Collies for over 12 years. Anything else upsets their tummies. They prefer this over any newly introduced food, mainly because they're used to it. But since it's got about everything a strong field dog needs, we've stuck with it. The quality is superb. I don't have to worry about ingredients, although I'm sure there's other brands that claim a better blend - for a price. But for us, this is it. Notice the "brain food" and "coat food" ingredients - both of which I can attest to. Their coats are fabulous, and collies are collies. We supplement with vitamins also.
