Below is my first review. In fairness to the company, I ordered the thinner ones and they worked in North Texas prior to our trip. Please forgive me but I'm a native Texas and just didn't anticipate consistently below zero temperatures throughout our Montreal winter vacation. While in Montreal, we heard it was the coldest week in 30 years! Helen from the company contacted me and generously sent me a thicker pair at no expense. How nice is that! I put them on and they worked great. I have the thicker gloves tucked into the pockets of my heavy coat now. It's already gotten warm in North Texas. I won't get to try them again in the cold until next year. Now, I have two pairs; one for milder days and one for really cold days. Like I said, I'm from Texas and I only enjoy VISITING cold place. I will ONLY order gloves from HiCool. These gloves are very thin. They are small/thin enough to fit inside your pocket for quick access without the bulk. They do have a rubber lining on the palm, upper wrist area that when you grab things creates a nice grip. This can be a problem if you use them while driving because they tend to cause too much grip when turning the steering wheel. The design on the finger tip with the power button is a bit strange, but does not cause any functionality issues.Update 3/7/17: I was contacted by the manufacturer who was kind enough to help me resolve the issue I had indicated previously.. I have changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Pros: Fits well. Price is reasonable. Palm grip is great for driving. Being able to skip songs on my phone without taking my glove off is also really nice. Gloves have an attractive design as well. Would definitely recommend buying. I don't work outdoors, and Chicago has been mild this winter, so I haven't truly tested out the warmth, but for snug-fit gloves, they do their job.Cons: The touch-screen use doesn't always work, it feels like the index finger doesn't land accurately much of the time, but maybe that's my personal experience.

So far, great. They are thin and not bulky, which is what I wanted. I can wear them out running, ha! or as intended, just with light gear or when it's really cool. Can use on my Galaxy, no issues.

My husband loves the fit and comfort of these gloves, so was disappointed when after wearing 2-3 times the seam came apart at the thumb and palm area. I contacted the seller as the window of exchange had closed. They had great customer service and sent a replacement pair right away. He has only worn the new pair once. Hopefully there won't be any issues with the new gloves.

The touch screen ability is great but these gloves are not warm...at all. Don't buy if you're looking for warm gloves. If you just need a thin glove for the touch screen ability, then these are great.Edited: The customer service is excellent! I was sent a newer version of the gloves which are much warmer! I was out in 10 degree weather while cleaning off my car and my hands stayed warm! Same great touch screen ability!

Not too bulky, provides excellent grip on my steering wheel while driving, and works easily on my phones touch screen. Protects from the cold, just don't get them wet or else your hands will be better off with the gloves off. They are thin, however for me they are what I wanted. Thank you :)

These are a very nice pair of gloves. They fit perfectly and I love them. I would recommend them to anyone. The seller is great also. I would buy anything they carry.
