Flavor & value was good for the product itself, but the texture was more crumbly than it should have been. Maybe I’m just used to extra firm? I will stick to that instead.

Yummy and Gluten-Free!
I used this to make a homemade vegan and gluten-free Tofurky for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. They both came out perfect. I now am keeping a couple of blocks of this in my fridge at all times for yummy tofu dishes.
