I don't usually see supplements as having instant/direct effect on anything for me. I see vitamins/minerals/nutraceuticals as a preventative or intervention to issues so they don't progress. As a way to be healthier so as I age, I'll fare better than others with my similar medical conditions. I seldom get much of a response, physically, to anything. It doesn't mean one isn't helping I just don't expect any supplement to be a panacea. Let's just say there are no placebos effect in my life!My ANA was really high for almost 2 years. Rheumatologists couldn't figure out why and their best guess was that I would eventually develop Lupus or Scleroderma at some point... As much as I love waiting for autoimmune disease to ruin my health I decided on a whim to order this based on a random review I read somewhere else. I can't thank that reviewer (whomever they were) enough. This last round of blood work I had my doctor test my ANA again just to see what it was. Her response, "We can test it but there isn't much chance that it's gone anywhere." Clearly, that's not the case as it's at 0! I can't say it is a the Moducare for certain (I also started taking a high quality fish oil as well as Primal Force Omega Rejuvenol in the evenings as well). Those are really the only things that I have changed. While I can't say this will work for another person, it absolutely worked for me. I couldn't be happier that my ANA has finally come down- because I REALLY wasn't looking forward to Lupus. Just recommended Moducare to my mom who has Hashimoto's disease. Hopefully, she will have as much success in bringing down her TPO antibodies as I did with my ANA. I don't know if autoimmune disease can always be reversed but I do think it can be quelled if you can find the right targets. Everyone is different but clearly Moducare has efficacy.

Help me recover from a bad Epstein-Barr flair. After recovering I have continued to take this on a regular basis and have had 20+ years without a EBV flair. My immune system has never been better. I no longer catch everything that comes by either.

As a nurse with autoimmune problems, I find this to be enormously helpful in balancing my immune system. I don't take the herbs healthy people take to boost their immune system in winter to stave off colds and flu. I take Moducare and have for years. It's a great supplement. I take it during allergy season as well. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Around 15 years ago I found a brochure on Moducare in a health club in British Columbia, Canada. I have fibromyalgia and was looking for a natural way to treat it. I went to a health food store in town and picked up a couple bottles and brought it over the border into Washington state. Started right away in saturation mode for a week (double the dosage) and tentatively felt less overall pain in my soft tissue. I lessened the dose over a couple weeks and take the recommended dosage now (1 capsule before every meal (3 times a day). Fortunately, I can get it through Amazon (and health food stores) and have tried going without it for a day or two just to test it. Almost immediately I start whole body ache again, so won't go without it. I highly recommend it for any autoimmune problems.

I have an autoimmune disease (Hashimoto's hypothyroid). I cut out gluten and (most) dairy and the symptoms diminished after 6 months. I fell of the gluten-free bandwagon for 2-3 months and some of those same inflammation-related aches and pains came back. My doctor prescribed Moducare after a recent physical exam. The brand she recommended was too expensive so i tried this one because of cost and good reviews. Most days I only manage to take it 2 times per day. The directions are "take between meals 3 times per day" which took some getting used to. (I actually called them to find out what the heck that meant. It means "take on an empty stomach", either 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal). Now that it is part of my routine, I think I'm feeling better. But I don't know for sure how much is due to being better about avoiding gluten and how much is due to the Moducare *** I'll update this review in a few months to let you know if I still feel the same ***

Great at helping to boost the immune system. Been taking for years for Hashimoto's.

It helps me a lot with my thyroid, I stopped taking the hormones in 2 months time. I am not sure what it does to my body but I am feeling much better now. I have a history of thymectomy and a huge amount of antibodies that are attacking my body. I think Moducare regulates these antibodies... I would say that it is life-saving.

I started taking this for long covid,hoping that it would balance my immune system.I started feeling worse when started taking it, then very slow improvement,but its may be the other supplements.I was hoping some better result.

I took this product for a long time and I was not sure if it worked. I didn't get sick but we have been isolating during this pandemic and constantly disinfecting, washing and sanitizing our hands so, this is why I am not sure. I also found that it made ME take frequent trips to the washroom as well as giving me a bit of a sore stomach. I know it maybe part of the detox effect but I can't be running to the bathroom all the time. So I stopped using this supplement and will not order it again. I just don't see anything working for me. I read many reviews stating this is great product and it works for them, everyone is different and things react differently on everyone. I found it expensive... If it works for you, Awesome!
