the tool complies with what it offers, the software is easy to install and configure, it has a live monitor and records incoming and outgoing calls, it leaves records of the dialed numbers, if it has a caller ID, it can capture the incoming one, if I think that the software is lacking a better development, it already has several months running and the client is satisfied.
