This is my second set of these stairs. Unfortunately one part was accidentally thrown away from my last set. I have dogs that go in the pool. Having the large step gives them a place to rest. They are able to get in and out on their own. Great quality. Easy to assemble. You will love these!

Outside ladder was exactly what we were needing to match our inside ladder. Our pool setup was given to us but it did not come with the attached outside ladder. After searching 1,000's of pictures this one matched the closest and I contacted the seller and gratefully it was the same brand and model as the one we needed. Perfect order, came early, no damage. I would have given it a five it it were more sturdier on top. It shakes quite a bit when you get out of the pool. Otherwise great product. The great feature is it is a flip up ladder with a locking feature so our granddaughter cannot get into the pool without a strong adult that can take the ladder down and flip it. It also came with a cable that we use a safety padlock on.

It was very shaky and it needs a wider/heavier footage to hold the ladder down in the pool.

These are great for an above ground pool with a metal wall. I purchased this along with model 200600T, spent a couple hours assembling, took my time reading instructions thoroughly, placed 100 lbs of pool sand on inside steps to weigh it down and the system is very stable and easy to use. I find some of the negative reviews humorous, some people obviously are installing this wrong or they are trying to install it on a soft wall or inflatable pool. For proper installation this requires a hard solid surface for the top to rest on and attach to. This piece is for outside pool only, you also need a ladder or steps on the inside, I purchased model 200600T to go along with this. Not only is this a great product but the company is awesome. I was missing one small piece from the box, I emailed Main Access and they sent it right out to me, no questions asked!

It’s nothing like how it’s suppose to be when it’s at and angle it’s hard on your feet to climb into pool it is too high if it’s straight up and down kind of like the ladder is not portioned properly yo make all work together. So I spent a lot of money on this to cut it to fit pool and I should’ve just been able to put it together and be done. Not happy with product if I have to buy another it most definitely will not be this product again!!

Great company to work with. My 1st package came so damaged and the ladder was actually broken. I sent them pictures and they sent me a new one out right away. We bought this ladder for my mom whom is handicapped. We did have the other side w him ich we had to weight down. We did not use the bags however we used 3 inch PVC piping and end caps with hooks and filled them with cement to make cement blocks. It worked great!

Box had 2 holes in it but all the parts were in it

Everything fit together well, but the kit was missing most of the screws needed to secure the parts together. Expect to go to a home improvement store that sells stainless steel screws/nuts/bolts. Additionally, instructions feature pictures of parts extremely close up, and it's a big pain to figure out which section or part they are referring to. They also assume the average person understands which screw is #14 and which is #8. Actual size representations should be included in the instructions. The "assembly videos" they tout are simply the instruction booklet redone as a powerpoint style video. Unhelpful. Lastly, when stepping on this (normal height and BMI), the steps are flimsy, bulging downwards. Not sure how well this will hold up over time, or with any more weight.
