After a lot of research I decided I needed Vitamin D3 and K2. This one has small easy to swallow capsules, a good potency and is value for money.I am on my second pack. Very happy !

I like that the bottles are flat sided so I can store them all in a row. Having the D3 with the K2 means the D3 goes where it's needed
