Good product
It is hard to review a Vitamin, but this was recommended to me by a friend who seems to study such things, and as far as I know it is doing what it is supposed to!

Great brand and good formula for K2 to take with your D3
I like this brand. I needed to add K2 to my vitamin D3 regimen because the combo pills of D3/K2 don't have enough K2 based on recent research. So i picked this K2 option. Pill is tiny and we know this brand to be high quality.

It worked for my friend!
I like taking it - no problems with it. The test will be if my bone density levels increase at my next DEXA scan, which will be at least a year from now. But my friend with osteopenia (which I have) BUILT NEW BONE by taking just this supplement. So I’m giving it a try.
