Exactly what I ordered.

I generally write glowing reports for products because I generally get great items on Amazon. Maybe this was a fluke, but the screensaver literally started splitting after a few weeks. I did not drop it or abuse it in anyway. Unfortunately, I took the screensaver off, planning to use the second one, and in the interim of replacing the second screensaver, my phone dropped when I was standing up. Oy! So now I sustained real damage to my phone. Optimistically, I put the second screensaver on and within a few days it also started chipping and cracking.Anyone have any suggestions for a screensaver that really works, or did I just get a junk one from this company? I will likely call Amazon, and ask for their advice.Thank you!

I don't know how good this screen protector is because I just put it on today, but the packaging and instructions are the easiest to follow. I'll give it 5 stars just because it was so sensible to install using the materials and the instructions that they provided.

I thought the installation "hinges" that came with this we pretty hokey. At first I thought they were novel, but I quickly learned that they were difficult to use so I reverted back to my old way of installing screen protectors - i.e. carefully dropping the glass onto my screen. A few weeks later, it seemed that the touch sensitivity of my phone had gotten worse. Turns out the screen protector had come loose and about to fall off the phone. So I replaced it with the 2nd protector that was included. Hopefully this will last longer.

I love the presentation here. I'd never put a screen protector on my phone and was a bit intimidated by the possibility of doing something wrong, ending up with air bubbles, etc. The screen protectors I ordered arrived in very nice packaging with clear instructions. I followed them step by step and everything went perfectly. Every aspect was clear and well-protected for shipping. My only concern was that the screen protector was a tiny bit short for my Samsung S9 - if I lined up the black bottom edge then the black line at the top covers a bit of the screen, and if I lined up the top I'd lose a bit of screen at the bottom. It's a small amount and I'm not going to let it bother me, but it could be 1mm or 1/8" longer. Also, I am not having any issues with the sensitivity of my screen after installation - it still responds perfectly to a very light touch.
