Nice little cook book!

I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t usually plan my desserts. This is because in the lead up to dinner I am craving savoury main dishes, not sweets. That said, I almost always want a couple bites of something sweet at the end of a meal, so this is where this books saves me.The Weeknight Dessert book is filled with desserts that are broken down by how much hands-on time you need to prep them, and has a variety of desserts to suit any meal and occasion.I love everything in here that I’ve tried but most especially the peanut butter cookies and lemon poppyseed cookies. They’re both EASILY the best versions of those cookies I have ever had.And a special shout out to the puddings in this book because they are amazingly tantalizing AND easy.This book is suitable for all levels of cooks.

This is a rather nice little dessert cookbook. The recipes are simple enough that I made two different things from it within two weeks of getting it. Simple= short / simple ingredients list and a short amount of time required to prep, etc.Very clear instructions. Easy to follow. I especially love some of the ‘no bake’ items. Highly recommend for people who don’t always have enough time or energy to bake involved desserts!

Absolutely my favorite cookbook. Every recipe I've tried has turned out with no problems. And they have all been fantastically tasty! Total winner!

The author has perfected several basic dessert recipes to fool-proof and extraordinary status. I’m completely stuck on the Cranberry Coffee Cake recipe (which can be made with blueberries too). So far, three bakings and everyone loves it. The recipes are easy! Results are wonderful.
