I did a lot of research for getting a TV and this one has been faultless - the picture quality is perfect and all the smart functions are intuitive and useful. I have Netflix, Iplayer and Amazon prime at the click of a button and use the TV to pair with my phone to play music through. I play xbox on the the TV and the picture and sound are great.

Doesnt have all the setup tweaks that the better models do but i got my kids one each for their rooms as they was so cheap. Really pleased with the image quality, thought it might be terrible for the price but its clear and good quality, pics up wifi great for netflix and easy to setup. With the smart feature too i can turn it off if they are meant to be going to sleep :)

Bought this to access you tube off my phone as old Samsung smart Tv couldn’t . It tuned into tv stations literally in an instant , dead easy set up . The WiFi access is super quick !! The 4K thing ? I can’t see any difference in picture to my older more expensive Samsung tbh , but I’m no expert . It’s just a good telly to me and all the clever things it can do would be wasted on me anyway .

Purchased this Samsung TV to replace my old Sony from 2012 (non smart TV) Really impressed with the quality and performance. Easy to setup and now my kids can watch Disney + whilst we all hide inside in isolation. Only criticism is the remote is a bit cheap and cheerful. Could be a little bigger to make it easier to use but works perfectly well

Bought this to replace a much older smart tv and the difference is amazing - all the apps are easily accessible from the home screen and you can access Prime and Netflix direct from the remote. Good quality picture and also good for x-box, wii etc. Very easy to set up and at a very affordable price.

Only had the TV a couple of days, but seems a good buy. Arrived the day after ordering, so that was good. Product easy to set up with WiFi, and all the other services. Picture quality good, need to adjust to personal taste. All in all very impressed with the product.

Very good tv. Sound and picture is great and is perfect for watching films and playing games.. Although the reason it has not got a full 5 star is the processing power isn't very good. It can take alot of time to select channel's or apps as I have found it can take up to 10 seconds when not working correctly (I have timed it) to respond to me pressing buttons on the controller. At first I thought this may be the controller as it does seem cheap, but after trying far away and close and then also using the 'smart things' app on my phone I found I had the same issue. A big shame really as this should not be happening on brand new TV's of this time with technology we have. The other issue I have had is with 'smart things' app and using the share screen feature. I have used this before on other TV's and there has never been an issue however. On this new tv there seems to be lag on video and audio meaning they go out of sync whilst trying to screen share onto the tv.. big shame again as it makes the screen share feature pointless unless it's just pictures that you want to view. Like is said before sound and picture quality is amazing but these things do really let the product down as it almost feels like it's being sold just to make people go and buy another more pricey one after they realise there tv doesnt work as well as it should. Shame for samsung as I am a big samsung person.
