Very nice piece of equipment but couldn't maintain the temperature needed in my commercial kitchen which would be a minimum of 41 degrees. Had to return.

I really wanted to like this product. It’s a great size and is exactly what I needed (in concept). Don’t waste your money. It does not keep your food cold at all. I even bought extra ice blocks to switch out when the ones that came with it started to thaw. I can go on and on and on about all the little nuances but the fact is..it’s purpose is to keep food cold and it just doesn’t do it’s job! I cannot comprehend how this item cost almost $700. I will be returning it…..I would return it if it was free.
