The adjust easily, but make sure you take the straps out of their original tucked in position as far as you can before pulling on them for adjustments. I am able to wear them myself, or put them on my daughters. These swim goggles are not meant for racing maybe, as they are a bit bigger, and would not be as sleek as you may need, but they are very comfortable to wear, and stay put as they should. UV protection is perfect for the eyes, and they really don’t fog up in water. The goggles even come with awesome storage cases for forever keeping so you have them lasting longer. My girls LOVE them. Great purchase for us!

Great goggles!!Gentle suction to face!

Clasp too cheaply made and did not close at all. Face mask flimsy and too wide to suction onto face. Returned.

Swim class. Wide view. The snap did break though so now aren't able to use but for the time they were used they're good goggles

I like the look and feel of the goggles. The only downside is the tint of goggles can be a bit much sometimes.
