Featuring the Spenco 3-POD Modulation system which layers multi-density pods to soften the impact of ground force on the lower limb and leg, the Ironman® Train provides protection and support without compromising on weight. The Race is semi-flexible in the arch and contains deep heel cups to offer heel strike support and maintain optimum posture control. A low-friction top cloth with foot-cooling technology reduces blister causing friction as the antimicrobial fabric reduces bad odours. Sizes based on UK male and female shoe sizes. The first ray drop zone allows for a more efficient toe-off and a linear stride.
