Bought this and I love it! Be careful when you dry it, the bottom frills will tangle and tear. I suggest you hang dry it! I definitely recommend this, it’s super cute can even be worn with jeans!

First, Jessica Alba, you look WAY better than I could ever think to look in this Kimono, Kudos to the marketers on having you as the (probably unofficial) spokes-model for this beautiful Kimono.This wasn’t the sole purpose for me choosing this beautiful swimsuit cover, but it helped. I received it today and tried it on. I ordered a large because most of the other reviews said it ran small and it wasn’t kidding. It fits, but indeed it does run small, so I am a little disappointed in that, however, it does fit perfectly on my shoulders and around my neck. I usually wear a medium shirt or tank, but I have the blessing, or curse of a larger bust and thus this kimono doesn’t quite cover them and close.It hangs nicely across my back and suits its purpose of covering my shoulders so I can wear spaghetti straps or strapless and still be modest in public and I know it will cover nicely for my swimsuit, however because of the heavier, yet beautiful, fringe across the bottom it pulls the whole thing open and to the back, so I will probably still have to wear a shirt or something over my swimsuit to be “covered” in public. I am glad I purchased it though because it is beautiful and seems to be good quality and mine doesn't have an off-putting smell like some of the reviews mentioned. It smells like plastic (probably due to the bag that it came in), but I always wash anything I buy before I wear it because I have sensitive skin and the horror stories of people getting weird things from clothes.One last caveat of purchasing are the washing instructions. They are a bit unclear. I usually don’t buy things that need to be dry cleaned because it, to me, is a pain in the rear and typically more than I care to spend on laundry. It says you can wash in cold water “below 30 degrees Celsius” but then it says do not tumble dry and then the next line says Dry Clean and Hang Dry. It is 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex so it isn’t quite as cool or soft as cotton but then I believe this to be more of a fashion type piece rather than functional and because it is polyester it would be better to wear in the cool breeze than a more flowy cotton type cover. Polyester usually makes me feel warmer anyway. So far I am enjoying this piece and I can’t wait to wear it on my holiday.

This cover up was relatively cheap, so I wasn't expecting much... I needed a cover up for an upcoming cruise and didn't really care if it was super nice or lasted a long time. Mainly wanted something cute that would last the week. It arrived yesterday and is better quality then I expected. The fabric is slightly heavier than I imagined (in a good way) and the tassels look really nice and also heavier/better quality. Also, the dye/coloring looks good and not cheap or anything. I now plan to keep this for a long time and am really glad I bought it.Like the photo, the cover up hangs down to my mid thigh, which is what I wanted (I bought the "Green" one with rose design). I'm a size XS and this did not seem too big. Even if bigger than your taste or size (like the photos), it looks good being a little bigger and looser anyway.Overall, it looks like it would cost more than what I paid, so 5 stars.

I am a small person, 5' and 103 lbs. The cover up is a big large on me, but that was expected since it is a "one size" product. My cover up didn't have a strong, strange odor like some other reviewers noted, but if you try hard, you'll smell that strange odor. The cover up is really cute and I enjoy wearing it. The first time I wore it (straight out of the bag), the little stringy, dangly things at the bottom of the cover up randomly fell apart. It was embarrassing to find green strings everywhere on a boat filled with people, where I decided to wear it for the first time. Most of the remaining stringy, dangly things fell off in the washer/dryer. (To be fair, I did not read the washing/drying instructions.) The cover up still works, it just looks funny now because some parts have the string and some parts don't.

I bought the turquoise one with pink/red flowers on it, and I received so many compliments on it. The print and colors were clear and bright, exactly as pictured. It's perfect for going to the beach or pool if you want to stay all day but don't want to get a sunburn. It's also great if you want to wear a bikini but are modest or self-conscious, as it hides love handles and jigglybutt, as I call it. It is quite slimming overall, even if you don't hold it closed in front. It's light and lets in the breeze, but the tassels at the bottom are heavy enough that it doesn't blow around all over the place. Don't put it in the washer, hand wash only!Overall, it is a beautiful, unique, classy and feminine cover-up. I absolutely love it!

This cover up came as expected. The color and design were as expected and the cover up fits nicely. The strings on the bottom of the cover unraveled and broke off. I went ahead and cut them short, which looks nicer because it shows off more leg. Since cutting the strings they have not unraveled. I make sure to wash this cover up on delicate and hang to dry.
