best weatherproof raincoat I've owned
It is a lovely raincoat. I bought one previously and it fit good. THis time around , I grew in size and it did not fit like previously,LOL. Great quality, snaps on wrists, and down the front. Great hood, 3/4 length long. it is large anough to wear over a sweater.

Good raincoat.
I live in one of the wettest areas of the PNW. We are talking torrential rain here. I purchased a set of these for my roommates and I. They are waterproof. If you are wearing these while doing long walks in heavy rain, just be sure to have waterproof pants too because otherwise the coat acts like a funnel to deposit streams of water right onto your pant legs and socks..you'll be super dry up top and a soggy miserable mush on the bottom. It's baggy enough for me to wear over my sweaters. Takes up very little room when rolled up tightly and packed into storage.

Eh… depends on purpose
This would work great for sitting in the stands, (the length and quality would have you covered there) and especially for limited use, but not so much for walking in wind. I couldn’t keep the hood up. It’s difficult to completely dry out and smells horrible, of course, if you accidentally pack it away with a little hidden water in it. It’s conducive to sweat against bare skin, but you’ll want to provide your own warmth.

Very good rain parka for Travel & Car
I needed something better than a cheaper ponch, and wanted something that had snaps, and a hood of course. I love the translucent black one, and it has a pouch, so packs down to very small. Has snaps on the cuff, which helps too. As stated, it is made from EVA material, which is soft and flexible thin "rubber like" material. The creases drop out the first time you wear it. I like it for travel, when I don't want to take a heavier rain jacket, when weather might change.
